[CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION] Continental is undergoing exterior renovations that are scheduled to start 2/10/25 and to complete 9/17/25. Due to the potential for noise and other disruption, I have reduced the prices accordingly. Please do not book if you anticipate being put off by the construction. Please note that there are 3 sections of the Continental building and my unit is at the far end of the east side of the building.

We are a happily married couple who loves to travel. We live in San Antonio, Texas where we are very active in our church. We enjoy date nights out, but when we stay in, we love watching thrillers and heist movies. Keisha is a foodie and wine connoisseur and we enjoy sharing great meals together. Jerome is a big Texas Longhorn fans. Our typical travel destination is to somewhere with a beautiful white sand beach and blue-green water.

Have you seen the view??? That and the amazing texture of the sand and beautiful water of Panama City Beach made this one a no brainer. That plus the ideal location makes this a place that we look forwarding to visiting as well as sharing with friends, family and guests on VRBO.
What makes this property unique
This property is right across the street from Gulf World, an amazing place to have fun with the whole family where you can swim with dolphins. Also, it is just 2/3 of a mile from the amazing shopping of Pier Park. There are numerous great restaurants in close walking distance. Try Sharky's for a wonderful meal on the beach, Diego's for great burritos and margaritas, or All American Diner for all you can eat American breakfast. Shuckum's has great seafood and Karaoke night every evening at 5pm. All these places and many more are within a 5 minute walk or less.
