We are a semi-retired couple living right next door to Casa Sequoyah. We are available to help with anything you need. At the same time, we are committed to maintaining your privacy.

We love this neighborhood because it is close to some of the most popular and important restaurants and landmarks in this city. You are walking distance to many different types of restaurants and shops, and close to the university. The bus stop to downtown and the university is 3 blocks away. Other bus lines are also very close. The neighborhood is very walkable and bikeable during the day. You are 1.5 miles away from the closest entrance to the Loop.

The house is large, airy and completely furnished and equipped with many amenities including washer, dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, full oven and stove, ample kitchen storage, smart TV and refrigerator. You have sheets, blankets, pillows, towels, hangers, power strips, lamps, puzzles and games, and everything for dining, cooking, and making coffee and tea,. Everything is updated. Everything works. The HVAC unit is less than 2 years old. The washer and dryer are almost brand new. There is an enormous and beautiful yard which is lovingly cared for. The space is very secure with a locking outside gate and 3 security doors on the house. You are in the best location in town close to public transport and some great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house is on a very quiet small street with no street parking. Your neighbors to the east are quiet. We (your landlords) are your neighbors to the west, and we are very quiet, too. We permit gatherings of up to 8 people total, as long as you respect quiet time from 10pm to 7am daily.
