We invite you to come enjoy this simple, clean home that provides accomodations for family-sized groups seeking an escape to rural Chama. Available here is off street parking, a fenced in backyard with a deck, full kitchen, and air conditioning. We gaurantee this home is professionally cleaned following each booking, and is furnished with basic desirables such as a bedding, towels, kitchen and eating utensils, and a Keurig.

Four off-street parking spaces are available, and trailer/RV parking if needed. The house only a 2 minute drive to the Cumbres & Toltec Scenic Railroad, and most of Chama's restaurants and shops!

Weaving in New Mexico

Spent 5 days in Chama for a weaving workshop. Town is small and pretty shut down after the season. Beautiful countryside. The house was clean and basic. Dylan was very responsive and good with communication.

We had a problem when we got to the property. We contacting the owner and he resolved it as quickly as he could. We enjoyed our stay and hunting in the area. Would stay again.

Neighborhood very run down but felt safe and there were no issues. House was clean and had most amenities TV or Wifi would have been helpful.

Great large 3 Br home convenient to Chama Toltec Railroad

This was a great place for our two nights stay before and after our Saturday Chama train ride. Property was clean, the rooms were big, stay comfortable. Dylan Was great to work with very responsive to my correspondence.Would definitely Stay again.

Property NOT senior friendly

No phone number available to contact property management until you go inside which is difficult with no entry code. Outside lighting at night NONE. Unsafe walkways to entrance. Interior was nice and clean but no television or radios. Property manager was nice and helped us get into property when code didn't work.

This property would have been perfect if they had a TV and wifi. At first glance it was not the best neighborhood but the neighbors were very friendly. We had absolutely no problems. The owner was very nice and accommodating. The home was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly want or need.

Beautiful, tidy house

The property was well maintained and spacious. It was a quick walk to My Mom and Dad's restaurant, which we ate at both nights because it was delicious and walking distance from the house. The house is also 4 minutes from the train station. We loved this charming town and enjoyed the train ride with beautiful scenic views. We'd definitely use this property again.

An excellent place to spend time in Chama

This home is close to downtown for easy access to shopping and the Toltec rail station. The house was very clean and the kitchen had all we needed to prepare our own meals. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced in our opinion but the other beds were fine. We would recommend the location and space in this home. No TV or internet is unusual in our experience but we just used our phones and hot spot for internet on our computer.

Nice home

The home was nice and very clean. Quiet neighborhood and we had no issues with any barking dogs in other reviews. Enjoyed the chairs on the back deck to relax in the evening. It was great to have a comfortable house and a kitchen for meals given the experience on our last few trips to Chama. We ride the train yearly and definitely would stay again.

Lovely Home

The good: Every amenity you need was included with the home.plenty of coffee, towels, very clean! Loved the separation of the master to the other 2 bedrooms was great for some privacy. The bad: Barking dogs and Sketchy neighborhood! The ugly: The sidewalk and deck are a hazard and low mounted satellite dish. We did enjoy our stay!
