Upon arriving we found the pool to be cold when inquiring about it we were told we had to pay a daily fee which was never discussed in our conversations. It took 3 days for the pool to heat up. I see now she has added the fee to the listing. Make sure you bring all paper goods/ garbage bags etc. we arrived to find a half a roll of toilet paper in the whole house. There was no furniture at the canal as shown in the listing. . We had one fire in the firepit and ran out of propane . We were told we would have to refill it at our expense and also make sure the grill propane was refilled before we departed. There is no cable/ apps for the TV so you need to have your own if you want to watch TV . There is no outside tables to have a meal outside. The house is decorated lovely and was clean, just lacking in amenities!

Super cute ! Very clean ! 100% updated !

We doing little staycations in Cape Coral 5+ times a year ! And I rarely give 5 star across the board reviews. This property deserves it with all honesty ! Amazing location, super clean, well stocked, nicely updated, very easy to get in touch with owner, and extremely nice and sweet neighbors !!!! Would be my pleasure to return !!!!!!!

Visiting friends

We had a wonderful stay in our VRBO. The place is so much more than pictures can describe. The house had every thing we needed plus decorated beautifully. The host was so accommodating and always available to answer our questions. Only wish we had more time to stay and enjoy the pool and patio. Thanks again…

Beautiful property! The home was clean and had what we needed . Central location to both Cape Coral/ Fort Myers attractions. Loved the view of the canal and the outside lounging area.
