For cozy nights in, we've got a great selection of board games—and when the weather calls for it, just slide open the doors and enjoy the covered outdoor dining area with seating for 8. The backyard is a true retreat, featuring a comfy lounge area and an in-ground spa that can be heated or cooled—perfect for both crisp evenings and warm afternoons.
Inside, the second living room is made for movie nights, complete with a 65” Smart TV, a plush Room & Board sectional, and extra seating for the whole crew. Want more entertainment? Head to the garage, where you'll find a ping pong table, foosball, beach gear, yoga mats, and even a washer and dryer for added convenience.
We have 4 thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:
Primary Suite: King-size Four Seasons mattress, 65” Smart TV, direct backyard access, and a private ensuite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, large closet, and Roku TV.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds and full closet—perfect for kids or friends.
Bedroom 4 / Office: A quiet workspace with a desk, monitor, Roku TV, and a cozy daybed for an additional guest.

My husband David and I live locally with our German Shepherd Toni! Ed is originally from England and David is a New Jersey Boy; we spent many years living on the East Coast before heading for the SoCal sun 3 years ago and we love it! David works for Four Seasons, so good hospitality is our thing!
Why they chose this property
If you want to be close to all SoCal has to offer but live in peace, you can't beat this location! We are located in-between Los Angeles and Santa Barbara and just 30 minutes from the stunning beaches of Malibu or Ventura! Just 45 minute's drive will get you to Beverly Hills, Universal Studios, and Hollywood!
What makes this property unique
We are located in a unique spot, central to everything., but calm, peaceful, and beautiful Our home has no house opposite, and nothing but views fom the back yard,, which makes us feel secluded and private!
