Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Comfortably sleeps 9 people featuring two living rooms, a private office, foosball table, and very large open concept kitchen. Fantastic for large families or friends coming to visit Seattle.
Elegant Beacon Hill home w/ 4 BR + den has it all. It features: soaring two-story ceilings throughout living room, hardwood floors, formal dining room with view of Olympic Mountains. Chef's kitchen with granite counters, high-end Dacor 6-burner stove, SS appliances. Master BR has en-suite bath with soaking tub, dual sink, walk-in closet. 2-car garage. Plenty of room for a large group or family.
Parking is provided for 3 cars comfortably. As you can see from last few photos, there is a garage and private driveway to the home. You’ll have access to the entire home during your stay.
Accessing the home will be completely contactless but I'm available through the app or by phone, at any point throughout your stay.
Neighborhood - The home is located just about .7 miles from the Georgetown neighborhood. This eccentric neighborhood is full of diamonds in the rough. The eclectic, industrial neighborhood of Georgetown features quirky sites and hidden gems. Conveniently located near restaurants & breweries in Georgetown and is literally right off I-5. Super convenient to access the city but without the hassle of parking. Additionally, it’s about 4.6 miles to Lumen Field and T-Mobil Park. Without traffic the drive to the stadium’s is about 12 minutes.
Things to Note - Please note there are multiple sets of stairs in between each floor of the home. The home is located just off I-5 so the potential for street noise is pretty high.
The home comes with designated parking for 3 cars but they’ll have to be parked one behind the other.
Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.
Lastly, Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we haven’t needed it. The home does not have A/C and it can get hot at times. We have provided fans for each of the upstairs bedrooms and a portable A/C unit for the main living space. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds outside of the refund window due to weather.
Transportation - Check out Sound Transit’s Trip Planner site to see how to best plan your trip using public transportation.
Link Light Rail - The closets light rail location to the home is the Othello Station. It’s located about 1.6 miles away, or a 5 minute drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown.
Whenever I have enough time, I always take the light rail to the airport because it costs $3 vs $35-$65 Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take you about 5 minutes to the station from the home in a car and another 25 mins to get from the station to the airport. It will help you avoid heavy traffic if that may be an issue too.
Uber & Lyft - The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away and cost an average of $10-20 per ride.
Turo & Car2Go - You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.
