Welcome to Ocean Dream 715! Prepare to be amazed as you enjoy fabulous sweeping DIRECT ocean views from the balcony, living room, kitchen and dining room! We are glad to say that it is a beloved favorite of many guests who return here year after year.

This condo is located on the NON-DRIVING portion of New Smyrna Beach about 5 miles north of Canaveral National Seashore.

The master bedroom includes a king bed and a 42" Cable TV. There are 2 twin beds in the downstairs guest bedroom, and it has a 42” smart TV. Our third bedroom is upstairs - with a little added privacy. It has a queen bed, a 42” ROKU smart TV and an attached half bath.

We offer Secure 100 G internet throughout the unit.

Please know that this is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed.

In-depth Description---

Outdoors- Ready for your outdoor pleasure, this unit provides AMPLE BEACH CHAIRS, BEACH TOWELS, BOOGIE BOARDS, skim board, lots of sand toys, AND MORE! If you should need it, a beach cart is provided to conveniently carry your cargo! Or, if tennis is your game, rackets and balls are here for you to play!

The LARGE southern exposure BALCONY contains a table for 4 and several Adirondack chairs.

Indoors - The living room includes a recliner, love seat, and a full size sofa. As well as a large 65” smart TV. UPGRADED CABLE is available on all the televisions. The living room and downstairs guest room each have a DVD player.

The extras continue! Here you have a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN, which includes ample dishes utensils pots & pans, etc., a full size glass-top range and oven, an extra quiet dishwasher, microwave and other small appliances; coffee pot, single cup Keurig, blender, waffle maker, ect. . . The full size refrigerator has an icemaker. The dining table seats 6 and the adjacent kitchen bar seats 3 additional people.

Coin operated washers and dryers are located in the laundry rooms. A phone app may also be used to fund and operate the laundry. Laundry Facilities are on the North end of the building on all even floor in the building. Please feel free to use the shopping carts from the 1st floor to tote your laundry.

This complex has a BEACHSIDE OLYMPIC geothermal HEATED POOL with lounge chairs, tables and umbrellas. For those who need a short break from the sun, you can step into a large air-conditioned clubhouse overlooking the pool, or sit under the roof covered area. Other amenities in the complex include two tennis courts, picnic tables, grills, shuffleboard, and more.

If you ever think you could possibly run out of things to do locally... Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Speedway, Disney World, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Bob Carr Theater, Gatorland, and The Amway Center are all about an hour and a half away or less.

Local excursions include 4 outstanding golf courses, boutique and gift shopping, day spa, kayaking, paddle boarding, eco-tours through the estuary, bike rentals, parasailing, Turtle Mound, Dunes Park, Ponce Lighthouse and so much more!

Great Stay!

Neil's condo exceeded expectations. Neil was very responsive to our questions prior to arrival. The condo itself was very clean upon arrival and well equipped. The view off the balcony was incredible, the beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The location is perfect for families and the beach wasn't crowded during a popular spring break week. An overall excellent value for the money. We will be back!

Our best vacation yet.

The best way to describe this condo is home away from home. It has EVERYTHING you need. The kitchen is fully stocked and has tons of pantry space. Comfortable seating for dining. Plenty of beach towels. Loads of beach equipment. Ample closet space and dresser drawers. Comfortable mattresses. Huge balcony with perfect views of the ocean, moonrises, sunrises, rocket launches, and yes, we saw ALL of those on our vacation! Ginormous TV in the living room with access to cable, Prime, Netflix, etc. This is the kind of unit that you absolutely don't mind being in the condo on those lazy, rainy days. So relaxing and comfortable, especially the recliner. The complex is amazing as well with super attentive management. The pool deck, clubhouse, landscaping, everything really, is always clean and well maintained. The pool tiles NEVER get too hot to walk on; the pool is salt water; and the ocean is literally right there off the pool deck. Just such a great location to relax and enjoy your family. This was definitely our best vacation yet.

We enjoyed our stay in New Symrna Beach. Condo was comfortable and roomy. Well stocked kitchen. Had everything we needed to prepare meals. The best was the proximity to the beach. Beautiful balcony views and sunrises.

Beach Getaway

The condo was great, just as described. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, spices etc. Also lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, toys and other beach items. The view from the living room and balcony is perfect, and we were able to see 3 rocket launches while we were there. I would definitely stay there again.

Very pleased with the accommodations of the 3 bedroom, and 3 bathrooms. Everything was up to date with amenities. Only partial down side is no washer/dry in room, or same level. Would highly recommend to anyone, and plan to schedule again next year with outlook of availability of weeks

Home away from home

We loved our trip! So many nice little extras that really made us feel welcomed. There was never a time we said “I wish the condo had….” The kitchen was well stocked, so many beach chairs and toys to use, plenty of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. We all loved sitting on the balcony and watching dolphins (and the occasional small shark).

This condo is perfect for multi-families. Amazing view! Great access to the beach and right as you get off the elevator is your door! Very spacious! Had everything you needed! Oceanfront Haven

The ocean view is fabulous. The sunrises are amazing. We took long walks on the beach and went shelling 10 of the 12 days we were there. The sound of the waves was so soothing and relaxing. If you are looking for peace and quiet this is the place to be. The condo was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. It is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. There is a large supply of beach towels and beach gear. RuthAnn is a great host and easy to communicate with. We found a lovely welcome basket upon our arrival. The condo building manager, Julius was also friendly and helpful. The condo building is well kept and has a large heated pool. We will be recommending this condo to family and friends.

Great Condo at Smyrna Beach Club

We enjoyed our visit to NSB and were pleased with our accommodations. The condo was well stocked with everything needed to make us comfortable during our stay. Perfect getaway

Beach Side Retreat

This condo was beautiful and was better than photos showed, plenty of room for our family group of 7 . Great views from the condo and the balcony, Sunrise is beutiful from the balcony, the extras provided , by the host family from the welcome basket and waters, to the extra items for the beach in the closet made this an above average rental experience.

This unit is well taken care of and completely decorated. It has literally *everything*. And the welcome basket was so awesome. We loved it, especially the water bottles. And the entire case of water was appreciated as well. RuthAnn and David stocked the kitchen with everything we needed to prep, cook, and clean up. They also provided supplies in each bathroom, an entire closet full of extra towels, and a double-wide closet full of pull toys and activities. RuthAnn was easily available through text. Right after we checked in the electric went out in the whole area. She texted, without us having to contact first, to say she'd heard and told us where we could find a flashlight. Whenever we come back through the area, we'll check that one of their units are available to rent again.

Amazing and sure to return

The property was secure, clean, convenient, friendly and peaceful! The property owner communicated with us and answered all of our questions without delay. It became immediately clear to us that the owners take immense pride in their property and they want all of their guests to have an amazing stay. Great condo with the best view!

These are the best VRBO host around! We had great communication up front, a welcome basket upon arrival, a thoughtfully stocked condo and prompt attention when we had an issue! RuthAnn and David do everything right! This condo is a fantastic location and was perfect for our week at the beach.

Second stay at this condo

This is the second time we rented this condo and it was even better the second time. The condo is comfortable, well-stocked and very clean. The owners are local and make sure that the condo is great shape. The fun beach decor welcomes you and just makes you happy. The view is beautiful! The condo is on the 7th floor and the north privacy wall blocks the cooler wind and that is good for winter months. Also, the large geothermal heated pool was warm enough even in cooler days. This is an excellent NSB rental!

Christmas at the beach

Check in was very laid back and quick. The condominium had beautiful ocean from views of beach and pool. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make a Christmas dinner of turkey and ham! My adult children made use of coffee pot and a keurig! The little kids ages 18 months to 5 years old had plenty of room to run and play. Beach toys and beach chairs were available in condominium for us to use. The beds were comfy and clean. I brought a pack and play but they have one in condominium for our use too. There is grocery close and we enjoyed eating at JB fish camp which is very close and at the River Deck. We also had pizza from Mannys pizza - they are the only one we found to deliver to condo. This is a wonderful family condominium and all of us will treasure the time we spent together at New Smyrna Beach Club! Thank you Deana Dennis

Relaxing getaway with fantastic view from the condo. Perfect space for a couple or family.

Ruth Ann and David are excellent hosts! The condo has everything you need! We love the pool and the beautiful view of the beach! Walk a few steps out of the building and you have access to both. We loved walking the beach, eating at the fantastic local eateries and shopping in the stores on NSB shores. This is our 2nd vacation here and we will be back!!

Why they chose this property

It was a dream of ours for many years to own a condo in Smyrna Beach Club. Why here? We had friends that were owners and had the please of enjoying Smyna Beach Club as a guest. When we were ready we looked up and down New Smyrna Beach for that special place, and nothing checked all the boxes like SBC ! The buildings and premises are incredibly well maintained. The property's beach area is long and feels so private. Watching the sunrises and wildlife are amazing experiences! Who wouldn't want to take their vacation here ? We do !

What makes this property unique

When you stay with us you will notice that we, (Neil and Crystal), have made this a convenient place for YOUR special vacation. We provide all the towels you will need.
Hairdryers are in every bathroom so you can fit more important things into your luggage. We keep our kitchen well stocked for easy cooking. Additionally, we add many extras that other places may not have - such as tp, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, and other seasonings, some plastic wraps, paper goods, and foil. We know that it's sometimes hard for you to travel with these items, and often costly to make those purchases for just one week's use. We sincerely hope that you can see that we are thinking of YOU!

Further, we are so happy to have a wide unobstructed direct ocean view... Did we mention that yet? The balcony is big, the views of the ocean from inside the condo are fantastic, making it feel so open and airy. Staying in this unit is a great experience for getting away from it all and tranquil relaxation! We are blessed to call this beautiful place our own, and always pleased to share it with YOU!
