This updated a-frame has 3 spacious bedrooms and one of the two living rooms has doors, a pull-out couch, and a chair that makes a twin bed. The house comfortably sleeps 13 people. It has outdoor dining, fishing poles, a 4-person pedal boat and a gas grill. There are 120 feet of dock space and a pontoon available for an addition $200 a day. The local marina charges $400 daily. The home is just minutes away from a sandbar for swimming.

Excellent lake house for a group

We stayed here for a guys trip, there were 7 of us in all. The property was great. Very clean and comfortable, fairly updated, and spacious enough for us especially with the balcony off the back and deck near the channel. Enough room to easily park 5 cars in the driveway. The basement has a walk-out garage door and has a ping pong table that we took full advantage of. We also appreciated the fact that there was a gas grill available for us to use. We did rent the boat that was available with the house, and it served our needs well - it's not the newest or the fastest boat, but for the price it was worth it. The house is on a channel but is pretty close to the lake, only about 2 minutes by boat and you're out on the water. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a little girls weekend in this house and it was AMAZING! The house was beautiful, everything was easy to access, communication was great with the owners! Absolutely suggest this house and this business to anyone!

Nice place, great location!

Our group of 6 rented the property for a long weekend on the lake and had a blast. The house had plenty of space for us and room to spare. Having the option to rent the pontoon is an added bonus. Overall great stay and would recommend.
