Inside the comfortable interior of your stay, find yourself lounging in the open floor plan living room, dining area, and kitchen. When you aren't dining out, whip up delicious dishes in the full kitchen amongst the ample meal prep space and many nifty gadgets. Escalate your cooking by utilizing the provided gas grill. Then dine as a family at the formal dining table before gathering in the living room for a movie.
Downstairs you'll discover a game room with a mini fridge, a Ping-Pong table, and a foosball table. Spend many entertaining hours here engaging in cheerful camaraderie with those you love.
Come nightfall, head out onto one of the home's decks and relish the ocean breeze while watching the sunset over the bay.
THINGS TO KNOW
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
