•It makes for a great spot to stretch out and experience the 55 in.flat screen smart tv. That comes preloaded with Netflix and has other streaming platforms available for you to use and enjoy!.

•As you continue into the home you will find a formal dining table, already set and ready for any breakfast, lunch and dinner needs.

•In the mood for a night cap? We have a mini Moscow, Irish, or whatever Mule you desire bar! Sip and relax while you admire the unique Shakespearean book pages on the wall!

•Directly across from the dining room is the kitchen. It is fully stocked with everything that an at home 5 star chef could desire!

• For all those coffee and tea lovers out there, the kitchen has a stocked coffee bar.

• The coffee bar includes a Keurig for the fast on the go cup of Joe. We also have a regular coffee ground machine for those who like to take their time and enjoy an old school full of flavor cup of Java.

•The bar has plenty of creamer, sugar, splenda, sweet & low, and stevia. Take your coffee to go with our complimentary to go coffee cups.

•Coffee not your style? Don’t worry we have you covered. Tea is also provided to you as well.

•Behind the kitchen you will find one of the four bedrooms!

•It is spacious and oh so cozy. You’ll notice plush soft to the touch all white bedding, four pillows with two throw pillows, and a queen sized memory foam mattress.

•The room also comes equipped with its very own work area. A desk and lamp for anyone looking to catch up on work or journal their daily life happenings.

•You’ll also find a half bath conveniently located in this room as well.

•Once you’re done exploring the lower level of the house, you’ll head on upstairs!

•When you make it to the top level of the house you will find 3 bedrooms and a lovely full bathroom.

• To the left of the bathroom you’ll find one of the bedrooms that has a full sized memory foam mattress with soft to the touch all white sheets! Four pillows and two throw pillows that you could lounge around all day with. It also has a closet to hang that stylish wardrobe.

• There is a 32 in. smart tv mounted on the wall with a flexible mount that allows you to use the tv in bed and get a great picture.

• Head out of that room and step into the
beautifully tiled, and fully stocked full bathroom.

•Complete with a bath/shower combo to suit all your needs.

•This bathroom also features an "in case you forgot" kit, which includes toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant, body wash and more! Any essentials that are commonly forgotten, we try to provide to ensure a pleasant stay and avoid late night runs for toothpaste.

•Once we’re finished up in the bathroom you can check out the other two rooms!

• On the right side of the hallway is another room with a queen sized memory foam mattress, the same soft to the touch all white sheets to really bring home the luxury feel. Four pillows and two throw pillows to help you have an amazing nights sleep.

•A 32 in. smart tv also graces the wall with a flexible mount that isn’t in the way but allows you to enjoy that show on Netflix that you can’t stop binge watching!

•You’ll also have a dresser and a closet for all your clothing storage needs!

•Finally you can make your way to the last bedroom!

•This bedroom has more of the same features that you’ve come to enjoy from the other rooms.

• A eloquently designed room.A queen sized memory foam mattress, the all white sheets and pillows to match. Careful not to sleep all day, these bad boys are comfy.

•You’ll notice a 43 inch tv is mounted to the wall for your viewing pleasure while you lay down and enjoy everything that the room has to offer.


•Want some fresh air?! The exterior of the house is just as pleasant, complete with lots of greenery and yard space.

• Take a step out into the backyard and you’ll find plenty of seating for you and your guests to enjoy the lovely Columbus weather.

• Gather around the fire pit! Make s’mores and share the same old story about what it was like to throw the game winning touchdown back in your high school football games!

• Please note that the backyard and garage are shared with the unit directly next door!

•There is garage parking available for one car and plenty of street parking out front!

Other things to note
We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties or gatherings. We use a noise sensor to detect the noise level inside the suite, a nest doorbell that is recording 24/7 any activity that takes place outside of the suite. It is there to ensure your safety and the overall well being of the suite. This community enforces quiet hours from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. It's important that we abide by those same rules inside the condo. Any noise level beyond a normal conversation may result in being asked to vacate the suite.

The guest amount on your reservation must match the number of guests that will be inside the suite at any given time. We do utilize our local law enforcement if you cannot abide by these rules and you will be asked to vacate at your own expense.

Please ensure you are booking with your full legal name. That you have a valid photo ID, verified email address. We do not allow pets, if a pet is found in a unit, there will be a premium charge .

We have a 4pm check in policy and strict 11am check out policy unless authorized by upper management. If you have not authorized a late check out with upper management you will be charged a fee for every 30 minutes that you have stayed pass the 11am check out period.If you wish to have an early check in time or later check out please ask and depending on availability we can provide! There is a fee for late check out and early check please ask your host for more info or please be prepared or book another night. Enjoy your stay!

We also have a strict refund policy as stated by Air Bnb. No exceptions!
