The perfect place to relax after a full day of activities. You can grill out, while playing outdoor games, and catching up around the fire-pit, unwind in the hot tub or cozy up inside and watch a movie. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.

The primary suite is off of the living room and has a comfortable queen bed with its own ensuite bathroom. We have recently added a shower to the primary bathroom.

The other two bedrooms and bathroom are off of the dining area. One bedroom has a trundle bed with two single beds and the other is a bunk bed with two single beds.

Cleanliness has always been at the forefront of our minds. Our newly renovated home, with all new furnishings will put you right at ease, along with our thorough cleaning of the property between guests.

Guests have full access to the entire home. With a smart lock on the front door, guests can check in at their convenience.

We live close by and are available when needed, but normally do not meet our guests in person.

We do not allow parties at this property. We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. There is no electronic video surveillance or audio recording. It simply notifies guests and us when the noise levels has reached a volume that would disturb the neighbors.
Guests are required to digitally sign a rental agreement, which will be sent to them promptly upon completing the booking process. The rental agreement contains important terms and conditions that must be acknowledged and agreed upon prior to the stay. Failure to sign may result in reservation cancellation or limited access to amenities in the property.

LONG STAYS: More the two weeks we charge an additional $50 every two weeks. Example 14 nights = $50 extra cleaning fee. 28 nights or more = extra $100 and so on.

Great stay!

Home was clean and very well equipped! Communication with owner/manager was seamless as well. Very nice home and hot tub was a huge hit with the kids. Spaces were all clean and comfortable.

Adorable cottage

I stayed here for a girls weekend with my friends and our daughters and we had a wonderful time. Place was very clean. High-level sheets and blankets and pillows and mattresses. Adorable area and walk capability to downtown Franklin. Just a short 13 to 15 minutes away. Highly recommended. Would stay here again!

Charming Cottage

Weekend Getaway

Great little place for our family for a long weekend in Franklin. Street homes are in the process of being updated but this house has everything you need. Plenty of room, amenities, location was excellent, and hot tub was a nice touch.

Franklin getaway

House was clean, beds comfortable, and hot tub was clean and hot! Close to down town Franklin. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Would recommend taking Uber at night as the walk back from town was not as well lit as we would have liked.

Cozy and close to all the fun of Franklin.

Perfect house for my daughter and I to spend a weekend sightseeing and shopping. My daughter had a long weekend off college and I wanted to visit without staying in a hotel. I am so glad we stayed at your home. We had everything we needed. It was clean and well taken care of. We enjoyed an easy walk to historic downtown Franklin. We found so many fun things to do in the area. We stayed pleasantly busy. It was nice having a home to relax in and make a meal or two. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean Home

My wife was impressed with the cleanliness of this rental and that's saying something! She's very particular about how well a rental or hotel room has been cleaned when we stay somewhere and she was very impressed with this home. The home was exactly as it was described. It's a small place, but very functional and it was plenty of room for my family of four. Downtown Franklin is about a half mile walk, so very close. The home owner was very easy to communicate with. She responded via email very quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future!

On a fairly eclectic street but the house was great and within walking distance to all the shopping, coffee, and food Downtown Franklin has to offer. Gretchen was a great host!

Just a few minutes from downtown Franklin, this was ideally situated for us. It’s a small house but suited us very well. Comfy beds and pillows, great shower pressure! Our only recommendation would be for more comfy living room furniture! Would certainly recommend to others!
