Cozy Cottage on The Farm-No Cleaning Fee!

Come relax on our farm. Your accommodations are in our tiny house. The Cottage features a full kitchen, a large shower and a view through the French doors of the pond. Relax on the patio area while you enjoy your propane fire pit as you prepare dinner on the gas grill. The cottage is about 380 square feet, so we will limit it to two guests. You’ll have a queen bed and a lay flat reclining leather couch to sleep on. The cottage also has Wifi and a Smartv.

Amazing Work Respite

So fortunate to find this jewel! I was working in Carey for the week and the closest hotels were a 34 minute drive. This amazing farm cabin was only 8 minutes from my worksite and what an unbelievable find. Bob and Angie were so warm and welcoming as were the farm friends! I felt like I was on vacation the whole time. I was truly sad to leave, next year I will be booking an extra day or two! The cottage was all I needed and extremely clean. 5 stars for sure!

Wonderful Environment

My husband and I stayed for a wedding in Nevada, Ohio. This was an amazing property, the owner Bob was kind and extremely accommodating. We loved it so much, we are looking at booking again for the cabin on the property so we can bring our kids as well.

My wife Angie and I bought this property about 7 years ago. We've spent that time renovating it and now we have a small farm with Goats and Chickens. This is our third season renting out our cabin and due to its popularity, we've renovated this 100 year old out-building into a Tiny House to host up to two more guests.

If you are looking for a peaceful setting where you can go for a swim in the pond on a warm day or fish whenever you want, you've landed on the right place!

What makes this property unique

The space is the size of a junior suite in a hotel or cruise ship, but this space has a full kitchen! You can also cook on the Weber Gas Grill or make smores on your propane fire pit.
