1619 Pintail Lane - Newly remodeled pet friendly home

Recently remodeled home in Broadkill Beach.

Multiple living areas, large open kitchen with a wonderful dining area and outdoor decks galore! This home even has a backyard with seating for evening relaxation.

There are seven bedrooms on multiple levels throughout the house for a total sleeping of 12.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival required to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).

Perfect family reunion house!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house has everything you need for a large group. We had 10 in our group and it never felt crowded. House was very clean when we arrived. Kitchen has everything we needed for our big breakfasts and dinners. Also a great location only a short walk to the beach.

Great House

The house is wonderful. We were 9 adults and 2 pre teens. The kitchen was well stocked with really everything we needed to prepare a Thanksgiving Day meal. The main floor had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy TV, games, talking and cooking. The fire pit was a wonderful asset and the beach a block away was beautiful. Plenty of room to find a quiet spot if needed. Thank you to the hosts for being so accommodating to our requests.
