This beautiful bungalow is rented monthly and located in the heart of Horseshoe Valley. There are four seasons of outdoor activities available in this area. Minutes from Horseshoe Resort, one of the top Ontario golf and ski resorts, which offers ski, snowboard, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, spa, gym, dining, Copeland forest, Mount St. Louis Moonstone, Settlers' Ghost Golf Club. There is a new Nordic Spa is walking or 2 min driving distance from the house. Barrie and Orillia are located within 20 minutes driving and offer a wide variety of dining and shopping options.
Brand new 1,900 sq. ft bungalow plus 1,000 sq. ft. walk out basement has 3+1 beautiful bedrooms and 2+1 bathrooms, open concept kitchen with breakfast room and dining room. Living room has a fire place. You don't have to climb any stairs. All rooms are on the same floor.
Guest access
You can use main entrance to enter the house. The house also has side entrance to the completely separate small apartment where one lady lives and takes care of a grass.
Backyard is available with an entrance from the walk out basement. There is also sitting area on a front porch, and started from July the large deck will be available for enjoyment with an entrance from the living room.

I like travelling and outdoor activities such as hiking, biking, playing tennis, badminton, and swimming. I take my yoga seriously and have studied it in depth in various yoga centers. My openness to the world means that I like to share my knowledge with people.

I am proud of my beautiful, cozy bungalow located in a very nice neighborhood among mature trees close to Horseshoe Valley ski resort. When staying at my place you can easily enjoy a lifestyle with many outdoor and indoor activities. I welcome my guests to share this unforgettable experience.
What makes this property unique
This house is located in friendly subdivision surrounded forested area. Lots of fresh air and very quiet especially in the evening. The best fiture is a brand new built Nordic Spa which is open now and still in the process of expending up to 26 acres.
