1 Bedroom Apartment at the best location of Palermo.
Located in an older building the apartment is not brand new but it stays fresh and decorated.
Air conditioning in both spaces.
Laundry machine.
Half a block from the Botanic Garden and Ave. Santa Fe Street, 2 Blocks from Plaza Italia.
Bright, comfortable and decorated with good taste.
Very quiet, ideal to rest in your stay in city.
Queen bed very confortable
Spacious dinning table to eat and work.
Extra desk in the room to work in front of the window.
Nice toilet with bath.
CLOSE TO EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED (covenience stores and public trasportation)
UPDATE:
During week/working days there can be loud noise from 10 to 5 as there is a construction next to.
Before, after and during weekends it is pretty quiet.
If your plans are not being home during that time, it should be a problem for you.
If you plan to work everyday from home you should consider this before book it.
