New Patio Villa in the new Village of Richmond. 2 Bedrooms 2 Full Baths. Located just a few minutes from Brownwood Square where you will find nightly entertainment along with shopping and many restaurants. Located between the Richmond Recreational Center (adult-only pool) & the Clarendon Recreational Center (large family pool), pickleball, tennis, corn toss, outdoor gym equipment & beach volleyball. Walking trails nearby.

Richmond Village has two swimming pools, pickleball, tennis, and paddleboard courts at Clarendon Rec center. And of course, you are within close proximity of many other swimming pools as well!

I stayed at Roger & Amy’s property December 23-30, 2023. I spent the week visiting with my brother & sister-in-law who moved to The Villages this year. The hosts were very responsive to all messages and provided checkin/out information timely. The property was clean, tidy & well provisioned. Instructions were provided for all amenities including wi-fi, television, & Golf-Car. The corner location was convenient.
