Great directions and communication with host, the space was super clean and the kitchen was spacious and ready to use. Huge bean bag in the living room was an awesome surprise as was the sweet little balcony where I had some hot cocoa in the evening.
We spent the night after arriving in Providence after a late flight. The apartment was clean and comfortable and a nice alternative to a hotel.

The super good and the sad bad....
The positives about this place ARE MANY- nice layout, clean, nice decor with cute little touches and plants, well stocked with all the essentials, etc, etc. all super wonderful!!!!
The steps up to the 2nd floor were a little hard but only if you are carrying a heavy suitcase.
Sadly there is one large negative - this property is right beside a very busy road. The traffic with tractor-trailers, muscle cars gunning their motors, sirens, is loud and goes all night. If you are hard of hearing or have ear muffs you can bring then you may not mind it.
My three week stay here was great. I rented the second floor of a three story house. The apartment was very cute and cozy. It was clean as a whistle. The host, Kathy, was extremely personable and easy to talk to, and she was very responsive to the few requests I had. The property is at a very busy intersection and the traffic can get quite loud, but earplugs were available in the rental for those who are sensitive to traffic sounds. The parking was super easy right behind the house, which is a bonus from what I've been accustomed to in the area. Many people who had stated there wrote glowing little notes to the host and thanked her for a wonderful experience. Including me.
We stayed for one night between visits to Newport and Boston. This is a really cute little town that I am happy to have discovered through an effort to avoid the crazy hotel prices in Newport. It was a nice big space with everything you need. Check in was easy with good instructions. The only issue is that it is on a main street with a lot of traffic (noise). Would have been easily remedied with white noise but my husband doesn't do white noise. :(
Nice second floor apartment is spacious. Easy parking. We only stayed one night so didn’t use the kitchen or living room spaces. Great HOT water. The only downside was the traffic noise - AC units and earplugs helped.
Enjoyed our one night stay in this great little spot that’s centrally located.
Only suggestion is that $25 additional pet fee be mentioned in listing, I couldn’t find it anywhere?
Great place and would stay again
Nicely stated Apartment with sitting area outside
We had the second floor of this 130year old house set in a convenient location to drive to Newport, Providence and North Attleboro
I stayed at this property for 14 nights and would highly recommend it. The bed was comfy and shower was hot. Kathryn left nice little touches such as beach chairs, umbrellas, towels and tanning lotion. She also replaced towels, toilet tissue and garbage bags during my stay. Property is on the corner of two busy streets so there is noise but the sound machine in the bedroom completely blocked it. Off street parking is ample and I had no problem backing out of the driveway. I had a few questions which she answered right away and one very small issue which she took care of immediately. I will definitely be coming back!!
Kathy’s apartment was perfect. Loved the layout and amount of space. Very comfortable and clean and well stocked with anything we could possibly need.

We absolutely loved the apartment. It was on the corner of an intersection, so you could hear some street noise, but that can’t be helped. They did provide ear plugs in case and guests wanted to use them.
We stayed here for two nights for a day's outing to Newport which worked well. Many of the local food places are closed on a Monday, but the local Tom's supermarket which was a surprisingly good source of provisions and on Tuesday we ate at the nearby Amaral's Fish & Chips which was cheap and cheerful.
We found that the apartment was unexpectantly spacious as well as comfortable for both relaxing and sleeping. It was generally well-equipped with good internet and a TV with streaming options. Just one wine glass though. There is onsite car parking.
We would recommend this apartment for a pleasant and reasonably good value Rhode Island stay.

The place was clean and the garden and yard were lovely, providing a peaceful spot to relax. The furnishings were comfortable and made the space feel inviting.
Everything worked as it should, which was great. The location was super convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The host was friendly and helpful, making sure we had what we needed for a comfortable stay.
Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. We really appreciated the traffic notification from the host; it saved us from getting honked at or yelled at as it happened to others. Overall, we had a good experience and would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Warren.
We had a lovely time visiting the area. Thank you for hosting!

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. It’s on a busy intersection but no worries, they supply ear plugs. There’s a little Market across the street, and Metacom kitchen a short walk away which served delicious food and drinks. We would stay here again next time we visit our friends in Warren.
I am a RI native who now lives in Massachusetts. My friend from Chicago came to visit me, and one of the places she wanted to visit was Newport. A weekend trip to Newport was a budget buster at this time of year. Kathryn's place, with 2 BR and a full kitchen trumped the Rodeway Inn in Newport. It was nice to have a place to stay in a neighborhood where we could have off street parking and feel safe. We were a little closer to Providence than to Newport, but the amenities and the comfort of having extra space contributed to our enjoyment of our time together. We found the apartment to be very clean and easy access to the plans we had made. Thanks, Kathryn!
