The space
This is an incredibly cozy space. Everything in the house is brand new and recently renovated including custom built rainfall shower and beautiful kitchen back splash. A beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a park view— Only a five minute drive from downtown Bloomington. There are tons of restaurants and bars if you’d like to go out! Suitable for 4 people (5 max). There is a patio with table, 4 chairs, and a Weber grill.
It’s a beautiful space.
This is not for parties or events.

Charming and clean

We were visiting our daughter at IWU and this was an excellent location just blocks from the school. House was very charming and super clean! Communication with our host was excellent. Overall, highly recommend!

Beautiful home centrally located

We had a girls weekend in Bloomington and this was the perfect spot! Everything we wanted to do was a short drive away! The home was extremely clean and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and the shower was amazing! The food and coffee recommendations were very helpful and exactly what we were looking for. Great communication with the host We would love to stay again if we come back to town.

IWU Senior Day Stay

Perfect location to stay while celebrating IWU Senior Day for LaCrosse. Danielle is a wonderful host. Home is clean, beds are comfortable and had everything we needed. This was our 3rd stay!!

Clean & comfortable

We were in town at a family gathering so we basically just wanted a place to sleep. The owner was extremely gracious and corresponded very well, even offering to let us in early on Saturday. The beds/mattresses were very comfortable, and neighborhood was quiet and a great central location. Very clean place and we were very happy with our stay. Hope to book this again when we need extra sleeping quarters. Thank you Danielle. You are a wonderful host!

Perfect Location For A Visit to IWU

A lovely, recently updated property located just two blocks from campus. We were in Bloomington to see an IWU stage production and were delighted to find the theatre within walking distance, just a couple of blocks away. The property was clean and had everything you would need for any length of stay. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we visit our son.

Family football game

Location was great for Redbirds football game. The owner took extra care to labels all cupboards. Place was clean and accommodated a group well. It even had a bed on the main floor for my dad who doesn’t do stairs well. Thank you.
