Amenity-filled gated community includes several beaches and pools at your disposal. 2 minute walk to heated pool, playground, tennis courts/pickle ball courts. 2 minute drive/15 minute walk to lake beaches #2. Game room with foosball, ping pong, kids friendly darts, hook & ring game. Upstairs open floor plan kitchen, living, and dinning with beautiful view of woods. Wrap around deck with grill and seating for all to enjoy. Out door fire pit fun!

*The home is part of arrowhead community there are community fees associated with rentals.
**If you are brining more then 2 cars you will need to pay an additional $20 per car.
***There is a per-person community fee it is $6 per night per person over 6 years old.

Yearly New Years Vacation

The house was just perfect for my family and friends. The kids enjoyed having the basement to play and sleep while the adults were able to enjoy time upstairs. Everything was great!

Owner panicked when they could not get in contact with us when we were out of the county prior to our dates. We had no intention of not following through on the rental. There was trash left on the deck from previous Tennant . Overall we had a good week.

Why they chose this property

Close to everything the Poconos has to offer! Ski mountains, hiking, and lakes.

The home is within a gated community that has three pools and 4 beaches to access the beautiful arrowhead lake.
