The space
Bring your family and friends to enjoy this private, newly furnished 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home decked out with 7 flat-screen TVs. Our backyard has a swimming pool and plenty of outdoor furniture, perfect for a beautiful Florida day! This freshly painted home is complete with has a large master bedroom with backyard access, spacious living room with a vaulted ceiling, arcade & game room, state-of-the-art kitchen, 2-car garage, and long driveway that can fit 4 vehicles. Each room is complete with high-quality Zinus mattresses to ensure you sleep comfortably. We also have umbrellas, beach chairs, and beach toys available for you to use!

Master:
The master bedroom offers a spacious abode with a king bed, dresser, desk, full-sized mirror, and TV. Unwind and relax on our cozy woven chairs for two with a glass of wine, and step outside directly near the pool using the backyard access door.

Living Room:
Lounge and watch a family movie in this massive living room, complete with a 20-foot vaulted ceiling and direct backyard access. Enjoy the mounted 65” smart TV perfect for relaxing and watching your favorite shows, a plush sectional sofa, and plenty of seating for the entire family.

Kitchen:
Prepare to be wowed by our stunning kitchen, this space is a foodie's dream come true! Whether you're in the mood for a charcuterie board, a refreshing drink, or a full-blown feast, this kitchen has got you covered from top-of-the-line appliances to high-quality cookware and utensils. With plenty of counter space and a spacious layout, you'll have room to cook, chop, and mix to your heart's content.

For morning coffee lovers, grab a cup and enjoy a cappuccino at the coffee station complete with a Keurig coffee machine. Brew your favorite flavor single-serve or make a pot for the entire family.

Second floor:
Our accommodation features four themed bedrooms, each equipped with its own smart TV. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, the second a queen-size bed, the third has two twin-size beds, and the fourth has a twin over queen bunk bed with a trundle bed. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms located on the second floor.

Backyard: Please note that the swimming pool has a segmented off portion that is a kiddie pool. It looks like a hot tub, but is not one. The backyard is complete with a large swimming pool, plenty of outdoor seating, and tables for you to enjoy meals in the beautiful Florida weather.

There are countless family-friendly and outdoor activities to make your vacation memorable.
