We really enjoyed our stay, we found the villa clean and the yard games plentiful. My husband and daughters' families really appreciate the time and details of making our Christmas special with a Christmas tree all lit and swags and wreaths throughout the main areas to acknowledge the season. The house had everything we needed plus the outside was perfect for all of us to enjoy, the hot tub, awesome.Christmas Eve was spent on Clematis Street, which was beautifully decorated and ate at Roco Taco, perfect Christmas Eve.Christmas day we spent at the villa and made dinner, we had all the dishes we needed and pots and pans.the bedrooms were spacious, the first two shared a bathroom, which was good for the family with children and my adult child stayed in the casa in the back which they enjoyed. Plenty of towels and washer and driver, the expresso machine was a big hit.Thank you and we will stay again when in Florida
Conveniently located between Nationals/Astros facility and downtown. Great communication with hosts. Would definitely return. Quiet and private. Great home

Photos on site do not accurately depict the actual condition of property. Furniture was worn and falling apart. Mold was all around glass blocks/window in shower. Shower curtain was either moldy or dirty. White bathmats were black and dirty. Towels were put away damp and still damp when we went to use them.
Three days in a row we had to call for maintenance to come and make repairs:
1. Fix bedroom door that was jammed open.
2. Repair keypad that locked us out because it was hanging off and became disconnected from battery.
3. AC stopped working. After a day of rain, we noticed the temp rising. We tried to lower AC and it gave us an error code and said, "No Power" There was 2 feet of water in one of the bedroom closets where Sump pump is that needed to be shop vacuumed out and parts that had to be replaced.
When we needed maintenance, we had to have one of our guests stay behind while maintenance made repairs. This was not required, but who let's strangers into their home by themselves or place that they are staying with personal belongings inside?
There was a strong marijuana smell in one room which smelled Musty and moldy after weed smell wore off.
There were multiple issues especially with cleanliness that we just had to deal with. The cleaning fee was refunded as it should have been, but that definitely was not close to enough!
If your a college student who wants to party and crash this is great for you but not for 40-something professionals to work and sleep.
The host Tom was great. Very nice and easy going. House was great. Backyard is perfect for hanging out. Overall amazing experience. Booking again next year!
The house is everything it says in the listing. The host is great and quick to respond. The amenities list is long, but that is because he thought of everything. The little things were appreciated. Welcome note, coffee pods for the kuerig, nice towels and bath products. The place had comfortable surroundings and an awesome backyard. I wish the weather had been better so we could take advantage of the outdoor seating and ping pong table. Overall, I think this host was very accessible and I would stay at this property or any of his others upon returning to WPB.
