We are so pleased to announce that Currents pool deck and Waterpark, as well as the Black Drum Brewery located at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach, are now open!!!

Welcome to a wonderful vacation in a very clean, up to date, well appointed, perfectly situated "home away from home" in Myrtle Beach at Kingston Plantation. The lovely, well-equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and all stainless-steel appliances and is adjoined by a coffee bar offering a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig.

The dining area, with a beautiful large view of the lake, seats 10 with a glass topped table seating 6 and counter bar stools seating 4. You'll find lots of seating in the living room too with a love seat and large sofa that also has a queen bed inside. Then there's the balcony too with 2 tables and 6 chairs.

Both bedrooms have adjoining closets and baths with granite tops also, plus chairs and window desktops looking out to a view of ancient Live Oaks and Palm trees.
Walk across the charming little foot bridge to the ocean, pools, splash park and restaurants of all types.

Guests who rent with us have full and exclusive access to all Kingston Resorts managed amenities including: Currents Pool Complex and Waterparks at Embassy Suites, Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort pools, 78Fitness, resort shuttle service, cashless charging privileges on the resort, Wi-Fi and 24 hour on-site staff, including maintenance and security.

We always stay at a house in Surfside but the opportunity came up for us to get back a second time so we looked at something different. The best opportunity for staying at Kingston Resort was the flexibility to book nightly vs. Saturday to Saturday. 8I Richmond is close to everything, yet removed far enough to be super quiet and relaxed. You get both the feeling of beach life and lake life. We will look to stay here again if we're limited on the days we can come.

The unit itself has good internet good tv reception. If you use streaming services bring your own device. The air quality for the unit was very good as was the A/C. A minor matter location of TV in living room is quite high due to small tv. A new love seat was delivered. The view is outstanding and the walking paths/sidewalks are connected to everything. The security for the property is very well organized and the guards patrol the entire grounds. Very safe resort complex.

Wonderful Property!

This property is exactly as depicted perhaps even better in person! It’s fully equipped with everything needed for a wonderful, relaxing vacation. We enjoy cooking many of our meals and the kitchen was fully equipped to accommodate. We’ve stayed in Kingston Plantation for many years and this condo and its location is one of the best we’ve stayed in. So much natural light comes in through the perfectly located windows and the view of the lake and all its wildlife is amazing. It is also a very quick walk to the beach. Betty is so helpful and very prompt in her responses. We had a problem with the garbage disposal during our stay and she resolved the issue very quickly. She really bent over backwards to make our vacation enjoyable in every way. We also appreciated how many necessary supplies were provided: paper products, garbage bags, dish detergent, liquid soap, etc. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great Villa for Your Myrtle Beach Vacation

This is the second time we have stayed in this 2 bedroom villa. Each bedroom has a king bead and it’s own bathroom. We stayed here in 2021 and 2022. The villa works well for friends or families. Betty, the host, is wonderful. We had a few minor issues and Betty responded instantly and took care of them. Biggest issue was the AC stopped working. Because Betty was unable to get it fixed that same day, she went above and beyond and got us a hotel room for the night and the AC was repaired the following morning. Betty takes care care of her guests. We recommend this villa and Betty as a host.

Even better than the pictures!

We have been using VRBO for 12 years and staying in Kingston Plantation for 10 years. This is nicest property we have stayed in. It was updated, clean and well stocked! Everything was thought out and they even had the little things, we were thankful for the golf umbrellas on a rainy night! We usually stay oceanfront but decided to try something different this year. The walk was short to the beach. We will definitely stay here again!

Family vacation

Beach Vacation

The property was as pictured. The check in was simple and Betty was prompt in her replies. She even accommodated our checkin request. My husband and I had a wonderful time in the unit. It's perfect for 2 couples with a king bed in each and separate baths. The bedrooms are at opposite ends which adds to ur privacy. It was great to be within walking distance of the beach and she had everything (chairs umbrella, cooler, etc) for a beach day. There is also a nice pool nearby. The kitchen was nice. We ate out a lot but there were plenty of dishes utensils etc. The unit was very clean but we did see 3 huge palmetto bugs which I hear are common in MB. Lastly the cable in the living area was spotty. Certain channels would not play on that TV but did in the bedrooms. We were trying to watch the NBA finals and ended up watching in the bedrooms. Overall the accommodations were nice and we had a great stay. Everything was as pictured in the listing.

Awesome stay!

We just returned from an awesome week in Myrtle Beach. We took our 14 year old grandson and he had a wonderful time! We absolutely loved everything about this condo. The location is perfect! It is a short walk to the beach or the pool. He was even able to use the fitness center a couple of times! The condo is very clean and has wonderful amenities. It was so nice having the beach cart, chairs, umbrella and cooler to use. Betty, the host is great and very quick to respond to any questions! We highly recommend and would definitely stay in this unit again!

5 star experience

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay here! Not only was the condo clean, beautiful and had everything there for us- the community it’s part of was wonderful as well. The pool was not crowded at all. We felt very safe with our young children in the quiet community and took evening walks to get ice cream which is on site, visited the play ground and played some volleyball. The host has pretty much everything you’ll need in the condo, down to a first aid kit which came in very handy. She is also very easy to get ahold of and gives easy instructions for your stay. The location is also very centrally located between north and “south” myrtle, so we never drove more than 20 minutes to get to other attractions. Kroger and Walmart are both just a few minutes away as well. I highly recommend this rental and we will try to rent again if we find ourselves in Myrtle again in the future.

Closer to Ocean than we expected

As usual another great condominium in Kingston plantation. This unit was a pleasant surprise because it was a little closer to the ocean than most of the other places at Kingston. We walked across the parking lot past the hotel and we were right on the ocean. Easy communication with the owner and everything was exactly as advertised. We had a great time here.

Golf Week in Myrtle Beach

This was a great property for two couples. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. The area was quiet but well situated. The health club in the compound was really great but we almost didn't get in. Day passes are no longer offered to non-Hilton guests. We were lucky to discover that they offered a not well advertised general one week pass. We were able to buy one then bring everyone else as guests. We used it most every day for working out and played some pickle ball as well. The golf courses we really liked were Thistle, Sandpiper and Arcadian Shores.

Great Condo in Great Location

The condo was very nice and Kingston Plantation is a great resort. The location of the condo was in a great place, it was quiet and a very short walk to the beach and pool and other amenities. The condo was nicely appointed and perfect for 2 adult couples, having 2 king beds both with private bathrooms. Betty, the host, was great and very responsive to any questions or needs. I do recommend this property.
