Rustic house nestled alongside a gully carved into the hillside by a creek that runs into the West River Valley. Tucked away on the outskirts of Naples, just 1.3 miles from the Woodville public boat launch! Bring your boat or kayaks for your lake adventures. If you don't have your own watercraft to bring along, the Smith Boys Marina, just 1.5 miles away, has rentals available.

Each bedroom has a desk so you can get some work done or take a private call. There is a spacious full bathroom on each floor. The 1st floor bathroom has a shower tub combo. The 2nd floor has a stand alone shower, antique style soaking tub with hand shower, and laundry closet with washer and dryer.
