Nasty slimy pool

We drove 11 1/2 hours looking forward to 3pm check in on Friday July 15. Wanted to go straight to the pool. But the pool had 3-4 inches of algae all over it. I Called. Sent pool company. They put a treatment of shock in & left. Pool NOT running! No lights in pool. Sat morning I texted & asked about the pool? When will it b fixed? Why is it not running? If it can’t b cleaned today plz put me into a house with a clean pool that works & I have no hot water. Get hot water on Sunday. Still no running clean pool. Sunday Pool Co. says motor is out will replace Mon. If they can find one. Now all day Sun they r looking for a house for me?! Mon 2-4 pool is running but not cleaned. Tues again I call & ask for pool to b cleaned or put me n a another house. 5th day of vac. I see pool co so I asked them to plz do their job & clean the pool that should have been cleaned before I arrived. T was myself & my 17 turned 18 daughter & I. Went to visit my son his family & one of my other kids. We wanted to chill at the house beside a private pool. The jungle that was growing into the pool was over, taking everything. The insects & aunts or horrible. I didn’t complain bc all I wanted was a clean pool! I live at the beach. So I didn’t go to Naples for the beach. I rented the house for the private pool. That we got to use 3 1.2 days of an 8 day stay. Worst experience ever..The inside of the house was very clean. Received a code to get n through the garage 30 min before. What if this was ur vacation?
