Beautiful Green Bay View

We had a wonderful stay in Marinette area, visiting Michigan and fishing for Walleye in Green Bay, The Weather was great and the sunrises were just WOW! Home was comfortable. The well water had an odor, but was ok! Red Arrow Park was fantastic.

Nice view of the bay.

Price was good, liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Updated cozy house. Living area was great for our family. Neighbor is close but never saw them. Bunk bed set more for kids less for teenage boys. Although enough room on the floor for blow up mattress. Water is not easily accessed unless you go onto neighbors property. Closest boat launch if for small water crafts, too shallow. Had to drive into Marinette or Oconto to launch boat for fishing. Over all, enjoyed our family time together. Alex was a very easy host to work with. If ever in the area again, will stay.

We relaxed

This cabin had its own snug spot on the bay with enchanting views. Take mosquito spray. The surrounding area is a neighborhood with a hometown feel. Nice deck, and grill with a fire pit in the back yard. All the rooms were comfortable with a lake house feel to them.

Quiet place on the shores of Green Bay

We all had a great time. Nice, big dining table for family meals. My kids had a blast swimming in the bay. The house has well water, which to some may be too strong smelling while showering, taking a bath or rinsing items in the kitchen sink. All in all, it was a nice place to stay. The wave action put me to sleep every night.

Nice place but

This place was explicitly awesome because it allowed pets but also the price was great. It does show there's a walk out dock in the pic that wasnt there and i thought it would be a little more beachy and swim worthy but i didn't even want to get in. Also the water inside the house, using the sink smelled like rotten eggs especially using hot water, which barely made me want to shower .. but besides those 2 things it was really nice also with the fact it was in the bay, i thought there would be more establishments to rent water crafts but there really wasn't too much nearby we had to drive at least 50 mins.... I think the neighborhood was nice and safe the place was nice. The host was very responsive easy to get ahold of .. however there was a mix up with nights of stay and price they need to get in sync because we had a little discrepancy but it's all sorted now. Over all it was decent.

Not ready for us to rent

Alex was great to work with. Quick to respond to my messages. We loved the house and the location on the lake. Unfortunately the house was not cleaned well, the grass was almost knee highand all the outdoor furniture was covered in spider webs and bugs. We were looking forward to having bonfires and walking down to the lake.

Quiet and relaxing

We wish we could have stayed longer at this peaceful spot on the Bay. The weather was not cooperating so we spent most of our time at the house. We were pleasantly surprised to find that there was an electric fireplace in the very cozy and well-appointed living room. The house itself is right on the bay and the lake was roaring while we we were there. The house must be well insulated because you couldn’t hear a thing once you came inside. We had a nice bonfire and just relaxed and listened to the waves rolling in. Thanks Alex!

Great fall weekend

Beautiful view of Michigan in front yard. Kayaked right by the house while paddling from Peshtigo Harbor to Marinette (can’t put in at the house because of rock sea wall). Nice living room/ dining room/kitchen open area all w lake views.

Cozy home on the bay!

Alex was a wonderful host and made quick accommodations for myself, spouse and pups! The location was perfect for us with everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Alex was speedy at responding to any questions and made sure we were set up for arrival. The view out of the dining room door was breathtaking of the bay and sunrises! Thank you Alex for everything! Good place to stay with a nice view of the bay

Outside of property needed some cleaning. Inside was nice plenty of room and good sleeping accommodations. We fished most the weekend; basically used as a place to sleep and stay to eliminate travel.

Magical!

My two adult daughters and I loved, loved, loved the setting on the bay. The house and property was the perfect set up and very comfortable. Alex was very responsive to any questions. Thank you so much for letting us enjoy our return for a family reunion. We hope to visit again!

on the bay in marinette

Location was great. house was good. Mattress was not comfortable. Well water has sulphur (rotten egg) smell but was tolerable. Overall a good experience.

Nice and cozy house on the bay! A few miles from little river country club, and a bit more out of town. Perfect for a little git away or a nice place to stay if you in the area and want something better than a hotel. The Sunrises are beautiful if you are an early riser.
