Our Beach home (2-duplexes) at 136 Franklin St (Back Unit) is sunny, clean with private entrances. Also see 136- Frnkln (Front) This is a rare opportunity to rent 1-2 or all 4 for family reunions, weddings, or large groups of friends who just want to chill and relax. We provide AC/WiFi/Cable/Gas Grills/parking. All houses have 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. All sheets, towels and Linens are supplied. It is tastefully decorated and is fully appliance.
Other Duplex is 147 Franklin St diagonally across.
The space
3 minute walk to the Beach . Fifteen minute walk/bike to the Hampton Beach Casino., which hosts many wonderful events throughout the year. Attractions include deep sea fishing, excellent restaurants, arcades/amusements, great bands at the Hampton Beach Casino. Master Sand Sculpture event Starts June 17. Fireworks every Wednesday fireworks.

Parking is shared (3 cars per unit) among other guest,as well as an outside "Brand New" Outside Shower

Check in time and minimum stay for June 8 through June 22; Is a 4 night minimum, for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday , Friday checking -out on Saturday by 10:00 A.M.
