On the road to Brighton. Next to Mountain View Park. Excellent location to everything. In a 3 block radius all major stores available. 1980 square feet. Family room 12x30 feet, with small tv and vent free gas fireplace. Walk-out 5 feet to private hot tub. 5 queens are located in 3 bedrooms. 2 of the bedrooms are 14 x 16 feet with 2 queens per bedroom and the 5 fifth queen in the 10x11 bedroom with Roku TV on wall.. 2 additional single beds in family room . Kitchen 14 x 13 feet and living room 13 x 16. 2 car Garage out front. Down 12 steps into the property. Built down over the hill below road level and is very quiet inside. Rambler with walkout from basement to hot tub. Treed with mountain views. Short term rental licensed through the city since 2000. Fully furnished. WiFi and Roku TVs..Kitchen table for 8. Located 500 feet from local park.

Very affordable and lots of room and has everything you need. Area around is very suburban and house is on an arterial, but knew that. Host was very helpful.

Great Price for Large Group

Was able to sleep 8 for a reasonable price. Good home base location to activities and stores. Since it was not winter season, host was accommodating to our unique parking situation as normally parking is limited. Plenty of TVs for when we stayed in.

Awesome location and great for groups!

What a great spot for a group to stay on ski trip! Plenty of beds, great kitchen for cooking your own meals, and the hot tub was amazing after a long day on the slopes. The location is amazing - only about a 30 minute drive to any of the resorts in BCC/LCC. The host was very communicative and we had no issues during our stay. 100% recommend this olace for a larger group trip to SLC!

Perfect location

This property is in the perfect location to ski anywhere in the SLC area! To top it off, everything you might need from shops to restaurants are a short walk or few minutes drive. The owner is extremely pleasant and efficient to work with, made everything a breeze!

Terrific rental close to skiing

This was the perfect house for our ski trip. Unfortunately the mountains all closed due to Covid-19 so our trip was cut short but it 2as great while it lasted. Thanks.

Great location on Ski Bus line

We booked this rental as a group of ski enthusiasts. The rental was perfectly situated on both the bus line to Alta/Snowbird and Brighton/Solitude. Overall a great location and a great stay!

Great Location and Price

It was a perfect fit for a guys ski trip — close to the ski shops, the grocery stores and the mountains. Quirky room arrangements but very clean. Great amenities — well-equipped kitchen for cooking big meals (the crock pot is a perfect touch), lots of pots and pans and extra spices (things you hate to buy for just a few nights), the hot tub was perfect temp, and even high quality toilet paper!

January Ski Trip

Great location for a ski trip, so close to either canyon. So many options close for dinners. Beds were very comfortable. It was everything we were looking for as a short rental.

Cottonwood convenient

Fantastic Ski House
