Clean,Quiet, great view, right on the water..

Come to beautiful Wilson Lake on the TN River and relax. This fully furnished home requires you to bring only your clothes and food. You can relax on the screen porch with ceiling fans or step down a few steps and enjoy grilling and the view from the patio. A few steps away and you are on the dock, boathouse with boat lift, and ready to swim, fish, boat or just relax. This property is located in a perfect and convenient location with a grocery store, drug store, dollar store, hardware store, liquor store, 2 restaurants and a gas station, all within 2 miles. There are also storage buildings available 1 mile away. About 4 miles and you are at the beautiful Robert Trent Jones Golf course. This house is very clean and attended to. I live next door so I am available 24/7 for any questions or needs. This house is FULLY furnished with all sorts of amenities to make your vacation easy, laid back and fun. I will do my best to make your stay a comfortable and memorable vacation. More photos available.

The Unique Benefits of this House: I am a very water oriented person. Living right on the water is by far the best therapy one could ever want. I want clients to enjoy all the water activities that go with living on the water. I do all the maintenance and enjoy cooking outside and at anytime I might show up at the rental house with a sampler of things I decided to cook. I am constantly adding amenities and welcome requests from clients to make this house more enjoyable, and there have been some great suggestions that I have followed through with to complete their requests..
Also, If needed I will also do all your grocery shopping prior to your arrival. All I need is a grocery list and a reasonable notice if you would like this included.

THESE ARE SOME OF THE AMENITIES INCLUDED WITH THE HOUSE:
Washer/Dryer. Laundry Detergent and assorted laundry cleaning items.

Salt&pepper + many assorted seasonings. Condiments in refrigerator, variety of things in the pantry. Coffee pot, coffee(reg.&decaf) w/filters, creamers, sweet low, sugar etc. Tin foil, saran wrap, sandwich bags, paper plates, napkins, paper towels, garbage bags, solo cups, assorted plastic storage containers.

Toilet paper, bar soap, bathroom spray, hair dryer etc.

Micro Wave. Iron and board, Vacuum and assorted cleaning supplies. Blender, mix master, all sorts of large pots, and pans, knives, can opener, cookie sheets, pizza pan etc. Dishes, trays, pitchers, mixing bowls, assorted pyrex dishes. Bagel/bread toaster, Crock Pot. electric griddle.

Two, 7cu.ft. Freezers. Vacuum pack machine. 3 Coolers.

Ample supply of ice..

All linens and towels including beach towels. Clothes/Towel Drying Racks.

Outdoor chairs, table, umbrella, 5 deck chairs and gravity recliners on the dock. 2 CD players with assorted CD’s. Also Outside Bluetooth stereo system. Ceiling Fans plus a box fan. WiFi plus 3 Flat Screen TV’s with Fire TV sticks. (DVD in living room) TV Tables. Small library and assorted magazines.

Outside Amenities include:
Concrete dock/boathouse with cradle and electric boat lift, retractable extension cord spool, water with hose, fish cleaning table with fresh water and fillet knife.

All in one Gas/charcoal/smoker grill with charcoal, lighter fluid and grilling utensils. Plus another gas grill. Fish cooker with propane tank. Outdoor wood burning fireplace with plenty of wood.. Bug spray and citronella and Tiki torches.
Assorted fishing gear and mini hardware store in the basement. Plenty of lighting all around the property.

And the basket with all the things you don’t think about: (scotch tape, scissors, playing cards, rubber bands, leatherman tool, flashlights, pens/pencils, post it notes, extension cords, and many other thingeeees.. Thank you…

Very Relaxing

Awesome Lake House!

My family truly enjoyed our time spent in this lovely lake house. It was super clean, comfortable, and cozy. Every amenity you can possibly think of was available. It is a great location for docking our boat and exploring Wilson Lake. We enjoyed cooking, grilling, and eating with family on the wonderful and spacious screened porch. Porch time for reading, conversing, eating meals, watching songbirds, turtles, and chipmunks, and boaters was a pure delight. Many thanks to our host, Bob, for making sure our accommodations were perfect. This place is a winner!

At first when we arrived the daughter of the owner didn’t seem to like that my husband and son and his friends were on motorcycles. She stated that they couldn’t stay and it was stated in the contract. I went back and read it and it doesn’t say anything about motorcycles aren’t allowed. It only states that a car is required. She kept saying that they couldn’t stay or block the road way, even tho hers blocked the road way the whole time we were there. As she took me around showing me the lake house we rented, the guys had figured out how to keep the motorcycles out of the way. But after the greeting she gave, my bunch were not very happy with the way she treated us. After everyone settled down and we got to doing what we had came for which was fishing we all had a great time! Make those memories no matter how old your kids are. Life’s too short.

Great relaxing trip!!

Our stay at Bob’s house was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of it! The place was very comfortable and the added little treats were nice from the chocolates, flowers and all the things you could ever need! Bob is a wonderful host and we look forward to coming back!!

Nature Lovers Paradise Lake House

My family and I just got done spending a week at this location. We cannot say enough good things about the lake house experience that we had. Bob, our host has really dialed in on how to take care of his visitors. If you’re looking for a true home away from home experience, this is it. Everything you need and more is provided. Literally bring your clothes and that’s it. The property is very well laid out and expansive. Plenty of room to roam. Well maintained on the inside and out. This truly is a gem of a vacation rental. Our children loved the green space and multiple levels they had to play. It was like an outdoor play land. Excellent dock and patio, deck layout as well. House is fully stock with all the essentials. Rooms and beds our cozy and comfortable. Great location with plenty to do in the outdoors. Bob goes above and beyond for his guests and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Lots of good conversations. We will be back when returning to the area again. If your consideration this place, don’t hesitate. Just book it and come see the beauty of nature for yourself.

What a find!!! Perfect all the way around!

My husband, my 15yr old daughter, and myself had very nice spring break getaway. This little house is so cozy and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. VERY CLEAN! The fresh flowers on our arrival was a nice touch. Bob is fantastic and makes a true effort to make sure you have all you need. We will be back! Also want to mention this is a very quiet neighborhood which made the stay even more relaxing! Thank you Bob!!!

Cozy Lakehouse

Great experience with the lakehouse and the owner. Bob is top notch and wants to make sure you have everything you need for a great trip. House is very close to water with a well lit dock. Lakehouse is well stocked so you won’t be in need if you forget something. We enjoyed the house and our time chatting with Bob.

Just a wonderful and beautiful property. Very nice and quiet. It was a peaceful stay and very relaxing. The only negative was it has several steep steps so if your handicap like me , just be aware.

Beautiful plance on the Tenessee River! Fabulous Host!

This is our second time staying at Bob's beautiful home. This time, three women visiting family in Alabama. Bob really has thought of everything needed for his guests to have an awesome stay! The kitchen is so well stocked - even paper plates and cups! Everything we needed was right there at our fingertips! We even needed scotch tape at one point and found it! The sheets/beds are so comfortable, we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the river each night. The place is immaculately clean. The best part for us was sitting on that lovely enclosed porch each night enjoying the warm evenings and activity on the river. We didn't want to leave! You won't find a better host than Bob... and the house is simply delightful in every way! Highly recommend!

Excellent Property - Property Owner is Stellar!

All we can say is W-O-W! Not only was the property all we hoped for and much more, the owner is the best there is. We made a friend for life. We had everything we needed, but if we didn’t, the property own would do everything he could to make sure we had it. The house is excellent. So comfy at an ideal location. For boaters, the boat lift is so convenient. We arrived to fresh flowers left in the house for us which was an amazing touch. Newly added is a great fish cleaning station at the dock. Everything was absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to come back!!

Great Fishing Spot

Had a great time staying here. House if comfy with about everything you would need to cook meals including a crock pot and regular parts and pans of various sizes. Beds were clean and comfortable. The setting of the house is great and right on the water but in a cove protected from the main lake. We brought 2 boats and had plenty of room. But the fishing is still great right from the dock if you don't have a boat. We will be back for sure.

Beautiful View, Relaxing...

Thanks Bob for a relaxing few days. The three of us were very comfortable and enjoyed ourselves immensely! This place has EVERYTHING that you could need and was super clean and peaceful. Seriously, you will NOT find another rental that offers the amenities that Pier Pressure does. We brought our pontoon and was able to tie up at the concrete pier. We also fished a bit off the pier and caught a few catfish. We so look forward to our next visit - Thanks again Bob, for all your help!

Super location - beautiful and convenient

We traveled in early March to Muscle Shoals to tour the music studios and other sites (Helen Keller's birthplace, hiking trails, etc.). The slough off Wilson Lake was serene, and populated by muskrats, loons, grebes and other water fowl. The area was very quiet and peaceful, yet not far from tourist sites, grocery shopping and many restaurants. Bob, the owner, is fantastic - helpful, friendly, generous, and welcoming.

Relaxing

Everything , plus more was exactly as the description of "Pier Pressure" was stated. Bob was a great host and look forward too returning in the near future. Fishing for bass was great, once we found the spots, atmosphere is what we were looking for and the main thing was...RELAXING. This is a place to also take in local sites and especially the history of the area. Thanks again Bob!

Great experience

Bob does a great job of keeping the place nice and neat. Was great to be able to just bring our clothes and everything was furnished. Beautiful view to wake up to every morning. I’m looking forward to stay here again in the future
