First Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Shared Tub/Shower Combo, Laundry.

Second Level: Loft with King Bed, Hall Bath with Tub/Shower Combo, Queen Bedroom with Twin and Twin Trundle.

*Crystal Sands is a smoke-free environment, prohibiting smoking on the grounds, walkways, balconies, patios, parking lots, sidewalks, boardwalks, or the beach.

*Personal umbrellas, tents, tarps, canopies, or cabanas are not permitted on the beach, except for baby tents, which must not exceed 48” in height. Two chairs and one umbrella are provided, and additional set-ups can be rented through the onsite beach service. Private chairs are allowed to be set up behind the rental row of umbrellas

*At the discretion of the HOA, the community pool is typically heated year-round.
