This newly renovated lovely home provides relaxation and convenience to our guests. Located in Fort Lauderdale’s most desirable neighborhood of Idelwyld/Riviera Isles directly off Las Olas Blvd, this home allows for a short 10-minute walk to Las Olas Beach where you can enjoy amazing restaurants and nightlife, or bask in the sun on the most popular beach Fort Lauderdale has to offer.
If you prefer the downtown scenes and historic Las Olas Art District, then enjoy a beautiful 20 min walk while taking in the sores of Las Olas Isles, also known as “The Venice of America.”
Tired of walking? Enjoy our local free golf cart service to downtown and A1A.
For the tourist at heart, local attractions nearby include a 9 minute drive to the Jungle Queen Riverboat, 11 mins from Bonnet House Museum & Gardens, and 24 mins from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport!
Whether you are in the city for vacation or business, this home is perfect for you!
Step onto the cozy living area and watch your favorite movies on the 50" smart TV. The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and are the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a king-sized bed too. There are 2 sofa beds that can be converted into queen-sized beds for extra sleeping space.
If you prefer to stay at home and relax, this property offers a newly renovated outdoor non-heated pool with 1800 sq ft of Italian marble decking with loungers, conversation settees, & jumbo umbrellas.
An ensuite washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi with an internet speed of up to 1 Gbps, ice maker, reverse osmosis water system and 2 adjacent home parking spaces available that could fit up to 4 cars are all provided during your stay!

*There are no security cameras inside and outside the house.
*PLEASE NOTE: We have no fence around the pool so it’s imperative you supervise children the entire time.
*Pets allowed. Maximum of 2 small pets, weighing up to less than 25 lbs each. No pets on furniture pls. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be collected for guests who will bring pets. Your pets are welcome to stay with you inside and out. Pet owners are asked to keep after their pet's waste and clean up messes in and out. Thanks!
*The marble pool decking and front patio will get a power wash on Fridays at 3 pm weekly while the black olive tree is shedding to avoid staining the marble. (Summer season only.)
