Furnished space, has living room and 3 suites, both air conditioned and full kitchen. The veranda is an invitation to relax to the sound of the sea, a benefit that only a house standing on the sand can provide.

We take care of the house with great care and care, with the aim of providing you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30 kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check out. Water and gas already included in the rate;

***A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled);

****It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the reception/property.
