Wonderful location and a great New England home. The sleeping accommodations worked out great with three couples, two of which had an infant, and one single. We used the bedrooms on the main level and second level which worked well. Basement beds looked fine, though the basement is a bit rustic. The property manager is by far the most responsive and most helpful I have experienced. Highly recommend!
I stayed here with my wife and 4 kids during Feb MA school vacation. The house was very large and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. It was close to downtown and a short drive to go skiing. Lots of places to eat and plenty of room to keep everyone entertained.
We had a fun family trip visiting Lake Winnepesaukee. The house we rented had a lot of rooms and huge kitchen. Very comfortable beds and a beautiful back yard. We rented a boat, hiked and visited many cute towns along the large lake.

Why they chose this property
Wolfeboro is America's Oldest Resort Town, and it's no wonder why! It is a beautiful, clean, idyllic town on the eastern shore of Lake Winnipesaukee. There is no end of activities for you to enjoy. Nature hikes, boating, kayaking, relaxing at the beautiful public beaches, small shops and restaurants, a trolley tour of the historical area, museums. The mountains are an hour to the north. Just walking through town gives you sense of peace and tranquility.
What makes this property unique
Our home used to be run as a full bed and breakfast. It has a large commercial kitchen with Viking oven and stovetop, granite counters, and a large dining area that opens onto a balcony overlooking the backyard. We have enough beds and pull out couches to sleep 19 people, and we're on the outskirts of downtown Wolfeboro, so it's quiet but convenient. And if inclement weather makes your plans fall through, or you just want a day in, there is plenty of entertainment. Free WiFi, 3 Roku TVs with Netflix, a pool table, a ping pong table, a couple dozen board games, and a couple hundred books.
