Our condo is located in Royal Palms, one of the premier resort condos in Gulf Shores. Royal Palms unit 305 is an unforgettable experience.
The hosts are remarkably responsive and strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They checked on us during our stay to see if there was anything that we were satisfied. The property is located in an ideal spot as the last condo before the State Park. The beach in this area is not at all crowded. We have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed.

Comfy Condo with a Gorgeous View
My husband and I spent a wonderful week in this lovely condo. We enjoyed the big balcony and ate most of our meals out there, gazing at the beautiful Gulf. The condo was well-supplied and pleasantly decorated. We loved the location next to the State Park and Pier, and we enjoyed swimming in the pool every day. We would happily reserve this place for another visit!

The condo is in a great location. Short walk to the Gulf State pier. The beach was not crowded considering it was Labor Day weekend. The condo is nice sized with everything we needed. The balcony was huge and nice to sit and enjoy the ocean. Overall it was a great stay and would stay here again.

My husband and I traveled with our son, daughter in law, and 17 month old granddaughter, her first trip to the beach. The condo has two primary bedrooms, each with attached bathrooms, the privacy we wanted. Typically the beds in the rentals we've had were just ok, these were exceptionally comfortable. We took turns cooking in the well appointed kitchen. The balcony is the show stopper! It's big with a table and 4 chairs and an outdoor sofa. My granddaughter ate many of her meals outside, just a great space. The owners are FANTASTIC, lots of pre-trip communication and they check in during your stay. If you are looking for a condo that is well appointed, a perfect size for small groups, is located at the quiet end of the beach next to a state park, and has a large, comfortable outdoor space, this is the one you want to rent!

We came to town for our daughter’s softball team’s tournament. Most families were able to stay at Royal Palms. Location was great as the beach wasn’t ever packed. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I’d definitely book here again!

What a beautiful balcony and view!
We really enjoyed our stay! The location and the view are what makes this 5 star! Also the communication with the owner. The condo was comfortable. The balcony was FABULOUS! I wouldn’t say the condo is luxury but nice for such a high amount of visitors! With just some VERY easy changes it would be luxury. The front of the stove and front of fridge wasn’t clean, neither was any of the light fixtures. The dining light fixture was very dirty. It REALLY needs new lamps. In all of the rooms. They are falling over and wobbly, also needs brighter, matching light bulbs in all of the fixtures. The small bathroom is dark. Both beds need mattress covers (people sweat) and some nice sheets. I have same type of bed. Still needs mattress pad. The smaller queen size bed had king size sheets. It made things kind of uncomfortable. Luxury should be better than what I have at home. This is vacation. I appreciated the samples to get us started but K-cup capsules were left but you don’t have a Keurig. So that didn’t help my need for coffee before I got to the store. The bedrooms could do with thicker more luxury curtains. The windows were dirty. I also know that they will get dirty but having a cleaning company they should clean light fixtures and windows and appliances. People notice details. USB plugs or extension cords behind the beds would be great. And a shelf for small room tv cords. It’s a beautiful place just make some small changes and it would be perfect. Great pools and steam room

Just steps from the white sandy beach!
What a spectacular view of the Gulf! The large, furnished balcony overlooking the Gulf was the highlight of this condo. The little extras throughout the unit provided convenience. To mention a few were the washer/dryer; pegged wallboards in the entryway for jackets and umbrellas and one located in the master bedroom. We enjoyed playing cards nightly at the large dining room table and liked the open floor concept. This two bedroom/bath unit made for ample privacy. Although there is no comparison to the comfort of your own bed, I would have to comment that if the mattresses were encased in plastic sleeves and mattress covers provided, for hygiene purposes, we would have felt much better sleeping in the beds. The master bedroom smoke alarm was disconnected from the wall and placed in the nightstand. The two in the main living area were old and yellowed, which likely need replacing. One of three small pictures in the second bathroom was missing. Thank you for opening your condo to us! I also appreciate you reaching out to us during our stay. There must have been a glitch, I couldn’t respond to your messages.😔

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely oceanfront property. Scott and Star were great. They responded quickly to our questions and checked on us during our stay. Next we took our hosting to the beautiful sugar sand beach of Gulf Shores, a place we've visited since we first met in college, and our favorite beach and food escape. Then our family of Disney fans expanded to the most magical place on Earth, right next to Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, FL. We now co-host properties for owners like us, as we love providing great moments and memories to families and friends.
