Amazing Ocean Views!! Clear glass balcony shows off this incredible beachfront property! We rent Saturday thru Saturday during peak summer months. May-August are the peak summer months! This vacation condo features a living area with 15-foot sliding glass doors overlooking the gulf and a master bedroom that is gulf-facing as well! Keyless entry on the 2nd floor. It also has a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room area with a sleeper sofa. Accommodations include Master with king size bed, Smart TV, and a full bath including a tub and shower. Separate bedroom includes a queen-sized bed with a flat-screen Smart TV and a full bath. Additionally, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area that sleeps two adults or two children comfortably. Pack-n-play in the spare closet for littles. Beach towels provided. Sleeps 6 adults/children. We are in unit 202.

Endless Summer Sterling Sands Unit 202 is an eight-story condominium complex in the heart of Destin FL. It is an excellent vacation spot for families and couples. Sterling Sands features a heated Gulf front pool and outdoor hot tub. The beach area is large and gorgeous and there are beach chairs and umbrellas available to rent.

Mother/daughters beach trip

The condo was beautiful, and very clean! The beach was great and easy to get to! Lots of great restaurants and shopping very close by. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back someday!

Great Vacation!!

Beautiful condo with lovely decor! Excellent location! Kim was a joy to work with!! She went out of her way to accommodate our family and even purchased a pack and play when she found out we would have an infant with us! We will absolutely recommend to our friends and definitely stay again in the future!!

Beautiful condo in Destin

This condo was all we could have wanted and more! So beautiful and in a perfect location! The water was gorgeous, and the weather was perfect! We loved everything about our girls’ trip! I highly recommend this condo.

Condo is beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. Mattresses are very comfortable. Located near everything you'd ever want—food, shopping, entertainment, groceries. Owner was super helpful and kind to work with.

Lovely Beachfront Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything you could possibly need, including an amazing view of the water. The condo is completely renovated and impeccably decorated. Comfy beds and furniture…we would choose this place over and over again!

Delightful Destin Destination

Our stay was absolutely amazing! Description is 100% accurate and had anything and everything you need to be comfortable. Close to plenty of restaurants and stores. Beach is right outside the parking area and pool is wonderfully heated. We went on spring break with our kids, all 10 and under and the property is not too busy or loud. The private beach is tranquil and we were able to see dolphins swimming right from the balcony. Kim was very responsive host and we would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you!

Great space and location

Very nice place with a heated pool and easy access to the beach. Lots of restaurants up/down the main drag. The only criticism we had was the lack of some household-type basics…extra toilet paper, garbage bags, salt and pepper, etc. We didn’t expect a fully stocked kitchen but, when you are on. 5-day trip, having to purchase those things (and then throw them away) seems wasteful.

Fabulous Condo

We spent a wonderful week in Kim’s condo. We had everything we needed and the condo itself was immaculate with a wonderful view of the ocean. It was definitely the perfect place for a wonderful vacation. We hope to return again.

FANTASTIC CONDO WITH AN OUTSTANDING HOST!

This was the perfect place for our girl trip to have some R&R. The condo looks even better than the pictures—super clean and super gorgeous! It’s on the beach with awesome views. The beds were great, the kitchen well stocked (including traditional coffee maker and Keurig), and the living room furniture is so comfortable. Yes, you normally have to rent chairs daily…but we bought a couple at the store and left them in the closet. Thanks so much, Kim, for loaning us your perfect place!

I did not like that the beach would not let us use our own umbrellas. The umbrellas we rented were horrible. They were not adjustable and provided minimal shade. Condo was beautiful, loved the wide balcony.

I don’t normally do reviews….BUT, we loved this place!! The condominiums overall were very clean! Everything was clean and organized! Definitely felt like home away from home! I’m a mom that will clean the whole room again upon arrival! I didn’t have to do any of that!! WE DEFINITELY WILL BE BOOKING AGAIN!!!

Best Friends Birthday Trip

Family vacation with 3 condos rented

Loved the room to spread out in this beautiful condo. Kim was so nice when I contacted her numerous times prior to our stay. I only have one small thing that would have made our stay a little bit easier-a grab bar in the shower. Most people would not have an issue but if u have balance issues it makes a difference! Everything we could have asked for was available

Beachfront paradise

We stayed at this property for a week and we feel like we were in paradise… from the property, to the beachfront views, to the comfort of this condo. We hated to leave! Check in process was extremely easy. The condo is on the second floor… which made the beachfront views even better. (Elevator is quick! )We sat on the balcony every morning and saw many dolphins playing. The beds are comfortable and furniture is modern and well taken care of. The kitchen was awesome. We didn’t have to buy anything extra… utensils, pots and pans, dishes were all there for us to use! There is plenty of seating as well. The pool was very nice and taken care of (we saw someone testing the water almost daily). The beach is right there and the water was crystal clear. The beach is private and you have plenty of space between guests. Parking is also never an issue. Great location… close to everything. Would definitely book again! Thank you Kim!
