The Space:
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT:
- Bedroom 1: 1 king-size bed (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 2: 2 twin-size beds (sleeps 2)
- Living room: sofa queen (sleeps 2)
PARKING:
-Starting July 8, construction for a new road may affect street parking and traffic flow in our area. We expect this project to be completed by December. Please allow extra travel time and plan accordingly. Thank you for your understanding.
- There is no onsite parking available. If you plan to bring a car, the SpotHero Parking app can help you find the best available spaces in the area.

Our Kasa is located in the heart of Denver's vibrant RiNo district and a few blocks from Union Station. The city offers various transportation options so you can get around without any trouble, including ride-sharing. We provide a parking space for a fee for one vehicle per reservation for select room categories. The Denver International Airport is located 24 miles away.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Guests are required to complete a Pre-Arrival Checklist, which includes a virtual ID check, and the option to request early check-in (subject to availability). We operate through a Virtual Front Desk, and self check-in is entirely contactless. We'll send you instructions on accessing our property and your Kasa before you arrive. Questions? Contact us 24/7.
- Kasa welcomes one dog or one cat per unit, and a pet fee will apply based on the length of your reservation: $20 per night nght for 1-6 nights; $16 per night for 7-28 nights; or $8 per night for 29+ nights. Please refer to our Guest Accommodation Agreement regarding the dog breeds we allow at our property.
