Each unit has a small outdoor space with a partition wall for partial privacy, but the space is not fully enclosed and there is a common walkway behind the building that all units share.

Parking for up to 2 vehicles and street parking is free.

The property is located 1.5 blocks from the beach and within walking distance of local restaurants and the famous Jacksonville Beach pier. We love this area of Jacksonville Beach due to its proximity to the beach and proximity to restaurants, bars, entertainment, etc.

Most people drive & use their own vehicles, but Lyft and Uber are for you to use.

Bike and scooter rentals are also available!

Or you could also walk to the beach. Just 3minutes to the sand!
