This property was amazing! Soooo comfortable. The location was walking distance to town. There was a lot of thought put into what you might need on your trip and it was supplied. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful townhouse close to downtown

We really enjoyed this beautiful and comfortable townhouse! Quality construction, nicely decorated, cozy hangout areas, and comfortable beds! And a short 10 min walk to the amazing downtown Saugatuck area (lots of great shops and restaurants along the water). This was perfect for our couples weekend with friends. Would definitely stay there again!

Family had a great stay and time

Awesome place, family enjoyed the stay at the lovely town house. Grand kids loved the pool and outside area. Enjoyed evenings on outside porch and view of the lake and sunset. Enjoyed short walks to downtown area.

We had the best time staying at this property! The space itself was exceptionally welcoming and we were able to use the pool which was perfect for our group. The location is great - beautiful views and is walking distance to downtown Saugatuck. Jill was super responsive and great to work with. Would absolutely rent this place again!

Perfect for our family of 5

We loved this luxury accommodation for its water view, easy access to everything and well stocked house. House is really lovely and well furnished with lots of seating. It was an easy walk into town. This is great because parking can be tough to find. We enjoyed oval beach and all that the town has to offer. Will definitely be back.

Perfect Getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful lake cottage. I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The location is simply unbeatable. Nestled right on the shore of a pristine lake, the views from the top porch are spectacular. Waking up to the sight of the sun rising over the water and enjoying our morning coffee on the deck was a highlight of our stay. The tranquility and natural beauty of the area made our stay so enjoyable. The house itself is incredibly well-maintained and thoughtfully decorated. The interior is cozy yet spacious, with plenty of room for our group to relax and unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were comfortable and inviting. One of the best parts of our stay was the location, beyond the scenic view of the lake, it was only a short walk town. Every morning, we’d walk to town for coffee, and later in the day after enjoying a day at the pool, we’d walk to shop or dine. The prime location made our days on the water even more enjoyable.

A Beautiful Home With Responsive Hosts

This beautiful home is perfectly located within a short walk of both Saugatuck and Douglas. The pictures accurately reflect this well thought out, lakeview property. It was spotless upon our arrival and offered great kitchen amenities, wonderful beds and quality linens. Our hosts made the check in process easy and were quick to reply to any questions that we had along the way. We look forward to rebooking this home!

Just a short walk from downtown Saugatuck, the condo was very clean and quiet (which we appreciated). Everything was well maintained. We really enjoyed staying here. We will definitely be back next year.

This unit is in a great location; a very short walk to town. Right at the water. It is beautifully decorated. The owners were very helpful and responsive. If you are coming to the Saugatuck area this is the place to stay.

Everything You Would Want for Your Vacation

The condo location can't be beat on the waterfront (with a pool) and very close to town. It is beautifully furnished, well-equipped, and super clean. Loved the decks overlooking the waterfront. Definitely a 5 star stay!

Great house walkable to town

My family really enjoyed staying at Jill’s property. Check in and out were seamless. The property was even nicer than it looked online. We really enjoyed having access to the HOA pool and having a place that was easily walkable to town and a very short drive to Oval beach. We would stay again!

Lovely family property in Saugatuck!

We can't say enough great things about our stay at this lovely property with our family to enjoy summer time in Saugatuck. The town itself is beautiful, family friendly, and a great way to enjoy the outdoors without feeling like you're far from civilization. We were able to bring our bikes and ride all around town, to dinner, ice cream, and to shop. The house itself was very accommodating for our family of 5 plus 2 grandparents. We had everything we needed to cook, do laundry, play games, and visit the pool. Amenities such as coffee pods, spices, cleaning supplies, etc were provided and made the stay a breeze. There is also a great little grocery 3 minutes down the road in Douglas should you need to pick up groceries during your stay. The owners, Sam & Jill, were prompt to answer any and all of our questions and were great to work with. We can't recommend this property enough and look forward to renting again next summer!

Comfortable & clean home with a great location

We visited for a long weekend with my (senior) parents, preschooler, and baby. It was a great stay. An easy walk into town; pleasant water views from the balconies; and some great puzzles and books for our preschooler to use. Very clean and better furnished than most rental properties. We would very happily return.

We live in Novi, MI with our two young children and our boxer dog. We love traveling to different Michigan cities, but by far Saugatuck has our heart. It all started with a quick overnight trip to a local hotel, a hike up Mt. Baldy, dinner at Bowdie’s, a sunset cruise on the Star of Saugatuck, singing at the piano bar (The Annex) and breakfast at Ida’s the next morning. We were hooked and come back multiple times a year. We hope you love this city-and now our home-as much as we do!

Saugatuck is our happy place. There is something for everyone in this gem of a town. Watch the boats pass by or rent one. Ride across the Kalamazoo River on a hand-pulled chain ferry from town to climb Mount Baldhead, 303 steps up to breathtaking view. We love walking to town to enjoy the amazing restaurants or bars, exploring the unique shops, and always ending up somewhere with live music!
