We are located in a quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood where you can take a stroll or jog. This is a one bedroom basement apartment is in a single family home and features a private entrance, private bathroom, a kitchenette and one off street parking spot.We are located 5 to 10 mins to the south shore plaza, a popular shopping mall in the area.
We are a 15 to 20 mins drive to the heart of Boston as we are close to I-95.We live in a quiet neighborhood that is family friendly. Taking a walk in the morning is common for our neighbors.

Not good.

Property was overstated . Owners above were very noisy during sleeping hours. No soap or enough toilet paper. Would not recommend this. Place.

Simple but comfortable

I spent my evenings at the property to enjoy rest at a value price point. The room was clean and well kept. I enjoyed restful evenings and appreciate the separate entrance and parking. Great value.
