Enjoyed the location and fire pit in the backyard. K-cups were provided to make coffee during our stay. Kitchen was decently stocked with cookware and cleaning supplies to last our stay. Bathrooms included soap and body wash, which was appreciated. Light/fan remotes in two of the bedrooms were connected to each other, making it difficult to control each room at times. The damaged table on the back patio made it difficult to play games at when outside, but that wouldn’t deter us from visiting again.
Its a clean and comfortable home in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Convenient to shopping & restaurants. We stayed for a week and felt right at home. We visit the Raleigh area often and plan to use this rental for future stays.
The house needed work this year paint around outside windows was a mess, gutters were full of debris, biggest problem was roaches, ceiling and Kitchen in need of repair

In Town for a Wedding
The property was clean and had plenty of space/towels. However, the property manager did not ever answer any of my messages that I sent through the app. The property listed an iron and ironing board as amenities and we could not find them anywhere. I messaged the manager because we were counting on those items given we traveled with formal attire for a wedding, and he never responded. I messaged him 4 times without response throughout the stay. The bathrooms also did not have any outlets which made using electric tools very difficult.
House was very spacious and clean, Bathroom off mater bedroom was equipped with safety bars. Baths also had shampoo, conditioner and bodywash dispensers. Home is in need of a toster, maybe a blender, a hand mixer, a wine bottle opener. We left a refillable k cup coffee despenser because we perfer our oun type of coffee, also bought 1 cookie sheet to bake garlic toast. Main issue we had was millipedes were very active in the house and someones dog left their business in the drive way and back patio. We did not bring pets with us.I would stay again but hope owner adrresses the dog problem and maybe add a few added touches

Something new each day
Communication skills are poor and I’ll tell you since it’s not listed ;the garage in the back is not only a business (Learned this on day two when I saw a strange person walk through the backyard to open the gate )but someone lives there and we saw that person every single day not to mention closing the gate for safety for the kids didn’t help because the gate would be open by the person living in the back to welcome there work deliveries as well as his guest .( Also disturbed twice to move our cars to accommodate him)I saw at least five different women walk through the yard and one of those ladies kid (about 8 years old)walked in to the kitchen while we were having lunch she just walked right through the door and to top it all off on Mother’s Day morning while we were trying to enjoy mimosas we had a bug come out of the ice machine into my Mamosa . Major safety issues.Moms woke up from nightmares that her kids would be kidnapped, lil cousin (8 yrs old paranoid while roasting marshmallows that the guy in the back would come and get him) that he had to come stay at my apartment one night . When I found this place I was excited as it’s not too far from my apartment and it would allow for families to come and visit at close proximity after this experience sad to say I probably won’t be using this property anymore.
