FANTASTIC LOCATION WITH PARKING!!!
Park your car in the designated free parking space and never move it again! Walk to everything (beach/boardwalk, restaurants, attractions, spa's, library, nightlife, and shopping). This condo is located in-town 1 block from Rehoboth Avenue. 50 yards from beach & boardwalk. 3 night minimum stay.

This remodeled studio has been totally sound proofed ! Porcelain tile floors throughout. Condo has full kitchen and queen size Murphy bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress. The bathroom has a porcelain tile floor with a glass tiled shower. Comforters and pillows provided. Guests must bring bed & bath linens & toiletries.

Perfect for us
Hubby and I decided to celebrate NYE at our favorite place, Rehoboth Beach at the last minute. We found the perfect location with the perfect host. Easy, and prompt communication. The bonus was the NYE toast/dance party at Shorebreak.

Great place for a short trip
Owner was responsive and welcoming. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the location is terrific. Only downside is the parking is very small, couldn’t fit my F150 in the lot with 3 other cars parked there.

Place and location were great for a short stay. A little noisy and some bright lights for a little at night but tolerable. Place was cute and VERY clean!!! Nora was easy to communicate with and timely. Only turn off was the dampness in the room. Had a damp smell and things like bath towels didn’t dry. Not sure if that was an issue that was new as I didn’t see anything in the prior reviews. Parking tight but very manageable!! All in all it was a nice experience!

Weekend Getaway
My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay at Nora’s beach studio. The location was great! I’ve been vacationing to Rehoboth for 20+ years, and this condo was right in the hub of all the great spots Rehoboth has to offer! Very close to the beach too and convenient. We will definitely rent again!

Perfect for a 3-Night Getaway
This was my second stay in Nora's rental...this time with my (almost) 18 year old granddaughter. The location is perfect for parking your car and walking to restaurants, shops, cafes AND truly only steps to the beach. The unit is clean and cozy with everything you need. Nora is a wonderful host and I was grateful to be able to book a 3-night stay in season. Would definitely rent from her again!

Rehoboth stay
The location was great! Very close to the beach. The unit was very clean and nice. I would recommend staying here to anyone. Nora the owner was great and very responsive. The only downside is the parking lot was very tight. After we parked we just walked everywhere during the stay, which is not a big deal to us.

Location! Location! Location!
Best thing about this place is the super convenient location, which can't be beat! Bed is comfortable. Shower has good pressure. Kitchen is serviceable. It smelled a little musty when I arrived, maybe because it was early in the season... and I am not a fan of the led light cords on the porch which were meant to be festive I think, but felt jarring (how could anyone sit under those and feel comfortable?) but other than those minor, fully surmountable issues, all was well. I had a lovely time at the beach, and deeply appreciated the convenience of the location. And Nora was easy and responsive to communicate with, so I appreciated her as well.

Perfect Place for Two!
Stayed 7 days. Perfect place for two - studio within 1 block of the boardwalk, clean, near everything you need for a beach vacation - restaurants, bike rentals, convenience store, rest & relaxation. Place is accurately described - small, quaint, and well appointed. Stayed during quieter off-peak time so onsite parking provided was not tight. I tried to cover the back bathroom window - that is already mostly covered up - by using a towel (men were doing yard work behind unit)- this won't bother most people but it would be great to have a curtain on the back bathroom window. Besides that it's a great get away!

Relaxation in Rehoboth
We had a relaxing time in Rehoboth thanks to Nora’s place! 50 steps from the beach and that’s not all you are steps away from: biking, breakfast, boardwalk, bars and, of course, all the shops at Penny Lane. So much to choose from, all at your leisure. This is our second stay at Nora’s place and hopefully not our last! Thank you, Nora.

Great long weekend stay
This rental is in the heart of Rehoboth Beach approximately a half block from the boardwalk. It is a small efficiency unit on the ground level, great for a couple for a few days or even a week. It is central to and within walking distance of everything in Rehoboth Beach. The unit is very clean and the owner very communicative. My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend and very much enjoyed ourselves. The only words of caution (as others have mentioned) are that parking is very tight, and the building is surrounded by restaurants and is close to the amusement rides, so maybe not the place if you’re looking for some place quiet.

Excellent location! No need to drive your car after you park it on arrival. Close to everything! Nora was easy to work with and responsive. Place was clean and nicely decorated. Just enough room for a getaway long weekend for two! Refrigerator was small so be sure to bring a cooler. Ice is right up the street at Sammy’s. Aside from the tight parking lot, good vibes all around!!

Perfect little getaway
This spot was a block away from the boardwalk and beach and perfect for just me. Super clean, convenient to everything. Parking was no joke- grateful to have a spot but it was super tight! That being said I would certainly head back there again.
