THINGS TO KNOW
-Guests must sign a separate e-sign agreement with important terms and conditions and ID and credit card verification is required to complete the booking process.
-The pool vendor comes every Thursday to service and clean the pool, they will need access to the backyard area of the home only.
-The landscaper comes every Wednesday to cut the grass and tend to the plants around the home. They will only need access to the exterior areas of the home only.
-Beach gear provided (beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach towels).
-Top Bunk Beds are meant for children only, please no adults.
-Pool/spa equipment is to be operated by management only, please do not tamper with the equipment itself. Please call first if you have any questions.
-The pool cover is available as needed for child safety. Please call management for assistance.
-48 hour notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD $100 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Please note that a 3 night minimum is required for pool heating. Guests may contact Coast Vacation Homes after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Thank you!
-This home has a Sonos sound system connected to all rooms as well as a portable device, please connect via WIFI/Bluetooth for your enjoyment
-There is an active Ring surveillance camera location on the front door pointed outwards.
-In accordance with the local Short Term Rental Ordinance, this home is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound). It is located in the main living area
ATTENTION
This home is located in a noise sensitive neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
PARKING
There is one spot available in the garage for a mid-size SUV. For any other vehicles, there are two spots available on the driveway as well as additional street parking.
