You’re a 10m walk to the JSQ PATH train which gets you to Manhattan in under 10m. The apt offers keyless access with an updated kitchen, elegant dining room & cozy living room perfect for both entertainment & relaxation. Whether you're exploring the city or enjoying the serene neighborhood, our thoughtfully designed apartment is the perfect home base for your stay

The space
This is a private 2nd floor apartment in a multi-family home, we live in the downstairs unit but you’ll have full privacy unless you need any help or suggestions (we are JC natives!). We’re available when you need us and are responsive throughout every part of your stay.

The apt can comfortably sleep up to 8 people (2 per bedroom with BR3’s pull-out twin bed, 2 people on couch) and features a modern kitchen equipped with cooking essentials, spices, pots & pans, glasses, cutlery+utensils as well as a coffee nook with complimentary coffee & tea. A pack and play crib and high chair are available on request.

1 on-site parking space is available for an additional nightly fee, ask in advance.

The unit has updated forced and central air and a digital thermostat you can control to your comfort. Each room has a ceiling fan with multiple speed settings and an additional reverse setting that circulates warm air in winter.

There are 3 TV’s throughout the apartment, 1 Smart HD TV in the living room and 2 other HD TVs with Roku in BR1 and BR2. You’ll have access to Verizon Fios high speed internet on a devoted network with upload & download speeds upto 400mbps.

Guests have access to the entire 2nd floor private unit, as well the entrance area, stairs and shared foyer.

Guests do not have access to the downstairs unit, the basement, or the backyard unless we explicitly give you permission.
