ArtSea II Vacation Home is a newly renovated, clean and functional second floor unit in the middle of Bradenton’s Village of the Arts … an artistic, colorful neighborhood full of fun, unique shops, art studios & cafes! Also, just a few blocks away is one of the largest “family friendly” breweries in Florida alongside LECOM baseball feild winter home Pittsburg Pirates.
Beautiful beaches like Cortez Beach, Coquina Beach, Holmes Beach, Anna Maria Island and Siesta Keys are within driving distance.

Guest Bedroom #1 is equipped with a queen size bed and a beautiful dresser.

Guest bedroom #2 has 2 twin size beds (Trundle Bed) and a closet.

The Village of the Arts is an eclectic live-work community, home to galleries, studios, restaurants, bakeries, specialty shops and healing art centers housed in colorfully restored 1920s & 1930s historic cottages.
LECOM Park baseball field (spring training home of the Pittsburgh Pirates) is a block away, and downtown Bradenton and the Riverwalk, are within easy walking distance.
Pristine Beaches, Airport and other attractions are within short driving distance.

The numerous roads and highways in the area make it very easy to get around within Bradenton or to get to other nearby destinations such as Anna Maria Island or cities across the water.

good stuff

we stayed a couple nights to catch the buccos preseason game and the location was great. great downstairs neighbors too (thats just luck and nice people, bit it happened)i did accidentally key into their apt because it had the same code on the sliding door as ours, but we realized our mistake quickly. probably should be different codes if im looking for something to improve. regardless it was a great stay and place.

Cute and comfortable.Had a little confusion at check in…but to me it’s not we had a problem but rather how responsive the host was and how fast our issue got resolved.Could have used a few wash cloths in the bath.But everything else was stocked with the basics we needed.

spring training getaway

this is a quite nice duplex, we were upstairs, well located-with onsite parking. it is walking distance to Pirates spring training park and downtown.the unit was immaculately clean. the kitchen is wellequipped with a minimal amount of extras-snacks and so forth. two areas that could be, in my opinion, improved. 1-there were 5-6 of those plug in scent diffusers that spew constantly an artificial aroma. I am allergic to anything like that, so we unplugged them as soon as we arrived. 2-the television came with no directions as to what channels were available, or what streaming options were included. we'd hoped to catch some basketball, but gave up not being able to find any channel to access.

Cool location- not great stay

The location is nice and the property itself is nice. There is a problem with electrical. The ac units in the rooms and living room area kept blowing fuzes. I had to go pop fuzes back ln to have working AC. We had issue with fuzes blowing the whole trip. One AC unit was not working for whole trip. Mattress in both rooms.were very poor- we could feel.the springs. Not enough towels provided. We each had 1 towel and washcloth for week and no good beach towels. Midweek we had to take trash out or be fined? Seem this should be a service included. Overall, not great experience.

Not a great place

The neighborhood felt questionable and didn’t seem very safe. Unfortunately, the bed had bed bugs—I came home with seven bites in a row on my lower back. The beds and pillows were uncomfortable and had an unpleasant smell. The kitchen was poorly equipped, lacking enough supplies to cook properly. The house also needed more hand towels and shower towels. There were no beach umbrellas provided, just very low chairs. The washer and dryer were located outside at the back of the house, which was inconvenient. I had to call to have leaves and debris cleared from inside them. The area wasn’t well-lit, adding to the unsafe feeling.

Cool location- not great stay

The location is nice and the property itself is nice. There is a problem with electrical. The ac units in the rooms and living room area kept blowing fuzes. I had to go pop fuzes back ln to have working AC. The entire stay my ac im my be did not work. The toluet paoer is 2 ly- they should get better qiality and there wasnt anough towels for 2 people. They didnt habe any beach towels either. Also- all the matrresses were bad. I could feel.the springs in my bed. With a few upgrades to the space and some.attention to detail.thus stay would be much better. I.do.thi k.that the request.for.ti take.trash or.or be fin3d is ridiculousad well. There should be cleaning companytjat helps with trash after.the dtay. We were.on vacation and.paid almost.1000 to.have to.deal.with no ac, bad.mattresses, 1 towel.and wash.cloth.for.4 days and no beach.towels. Not.the best experiwnce. Edrok.
