Property was well intended. It was well lit with tv’s in all rooms and the water pressure was excellent. Sadly we found the property to be a bit dirty. Also,It was lacking some basic things like garbage bags, a sponge to wash the dishes and match or lighter for the charcoal grill. Hangers too would help. I mentioned the need for a sponge but it was ignored. We wished to use the gas grill but we were informed that we had to purchase the propane which is normally included. The bunk room closet was broken upon arrival and none of the rooms had dressers to place cloths in or nightstands to put our phones on. The rooms are all small but a small nightstand would have helped in each room. I think it is a work in progress and the management company may be a bit disorganized. I only say this because after I booked and paid in full for this property I was informed that it was not the night price but should have been double per night because they made an error and requested that I pay the difference or I could reschedule. Of course I told them it violated Vrbo policy to do a bait and switch and they informed they would get back to me and never did. I had to call Vrbo to make sure my booking was still active a few weeks later. All in all the property is definitely is doable but I would not choose this property on our next visit to the outer banks.
