Each private ensuite has been well stocked with pool towels, bath towels and hand towels.

The interior lounge has an amazing open kitchen and entertainment seating which has a large flat screen television and a slider that leads directly out to the outdoor entertainment area with BBQ and private pool. There is an inviting covered terrace that is furnished with a custom dining, custom entertainment seating and a wet bar with bar chairs. The pool has lights to enjoy a swim in the evening. There are custom sun loungers to make spending time around the pool even more enjoyable.

The property has green space that has been professionally landscaped with lush mature tropical vegetation. The laundry room has both a washer and dryer and may be accessible by long-term clients.

The Casa Linda water park includes a pool with swim-up bar, jet tub, and lazy river. There is also a ‘kids' zone’ which is equipped with water slides, boats, water activities and a playground. Within the Casa Linda Welcome Center is the front desk, Castaway’s Clubhouse & Eatery and the Roadside Market. Casa Linda also has an on-site beautiful cascading waterfall, mini golf, tennis court, shuffleboard and a walking/jogging trail. Our guests have access to a free shuttle to Sosua and Cabarete beaches and city Centre. There is free parking on site.
