Third floor has a large sun deck great for catching sunsets.

Renting of this home includes a six person electric golf cart (access provided upon signing a waiver). Such a wonderful amenity for putting around in whether cruising, heading to dinner or to the beach.

The dock is available to tie a boat to, but the lifts are unavailable for guest use.

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises.
2. No parties or events.
3. No unapproved pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Dock lifts are unavailable for guest use, though a boat can be tied to the dock.

Parking:
This property provides 5 parking spaces.

*Pet policy* We can accept 1-2 small dogs ONLY that weigh 35 pounds or less in this rental. A non-refundable pet fee is required. Cats are not allowed. Requests for larger dogs must be submitted and approved by management. Pet must be on a leash at all times when outside of the unit; is not allowed onto the furniture, sand, beach, pool area, or pool. Pet must not bother any surrounding guests and pet waste MUST be picked up by the pet owner.

​​​​​​​There's a shopping center on the way to the beach that has some famous seafood at Keegan's Seafood Grille, pizza at Chicago Jaxx, hair salon, boutique and beach shop. Bike rentals, golf cart rentals and board rentals are also available in the area.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney is just two hours away.
