New to the market late in the season of 2023 and now fully renovated for summer 2024 in P-Town! Come stay with us at Cricket By the Sea! We want you to enjoy all that Provincetown has to offer! This private oasis is steps to Perry’s and short walking distance to Joe’s Coffee, Boat Slip and the beach. This location truly can’t be beat- located where commercial and Tremont street meet. It’s steps from the water, yet tucked away for quiet time and privacy. Step out the front door, you are a short walk to all the wonderful restaurants and fun nightlife. Not an inch of this unit has not been touched through the renovation, beautiful and spacious kitchen, spectacular bathroom with spa shower, all new hard wood floors, new lighting, brand new AC throughout, washer and dryer, completely new furniture, and linens. Enjoy a great night sleep in a king size bed! There is also a wonderful private deck to enjoy with a newly landscaped yard for relaxing. We take a lot of pride in our home and want you to enjoy it as much as we do. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your stay in our little oasis.

Lovely and private

This apartment is tucked away in the quiet West End but everything is a short walk away. Lots of thoughtful touches and very comfortable and stylish. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Cozy Crickets.

Crickets by the Sea is a lovely getaway tucked away from busy Commercial St. yet only a minute from it. The place was spotless and cozy for a couples getaway. The new construction is very nice with quality appliances and amenities. I would happily choose Cricket by the Sea for my next stay in Provincetown.

Provincetown Charm

A beautiful second floor apartment in the quiet west end. Simple, elegant decor. Great kitchen that we should have used to do more cooking. Washer and dryer option was great. Nice sized living room. We definitely made use of the deck and garden sitting area below at entry. Having off street parking was a plus. Highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Perfect for Ptown!

The ‘Cricket’ is the perfect spot for all P-town travel - we stayed a week but could have been happy there for much longer. The apartment is clean and well-decorated with art from local artists and a lovely “seaside chic” aesthetic. The king-sized bed and pillows are very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything from a dutch oven to cute cheese knives. We loved having multiple outdoor spaces- both the garden & deck. The deck feels particularly private as it’s far back from the street and elevated. The location is ideal: one block from Commercial Street; walking distance to everything in town but far enough from the center to have some quiet; and only a 5 minute drive or 10 minute bike ride to Herring Cove Beach. We highly recommend the 'Cricket' and would love to stay there again!

10 day stay

This property was quiet, quaint and lovely. The only downside, and it was significant, was the bathroom. It was tiny. The toilet was small, low to the floor and between 2 walls. Only about 4 inches clearance on each side. I cant see a larger person even fitting. The shower was also very small and tight. I could not raise my elbows without hitting the walls. Other than that, the bed was super comfy, the rooms were good sized and decorated very nicely. there is a great outside deck and it is close to the main attractions.
