This home is equipped with beach umbrellas, towels,beach wagon, beach toys, chairs as well as 2 kayaks at your disposal.

Located on a peaceful canal, our home offers a private and serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. You'll love the stunning water views and the tranquil atmosphere that surrounds you.
Just a short few minutes away from the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches, this charming house boasts all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.
Relax in the spacious living room while enjoying the Florida sunshine pouring in through the windows. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the appliances and utensils you need to cook up a storm.
The house features THREE comfortable bedrooms with TVs on each and features their own unique charm. It boasts a split floor plan, featuring two cozy bedrooms with a shared bathroom on one side and a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the other.

The sunroom offers a perfect workstation with a desk and TV overlooking the water canal and pool. Enjoy dining in the sunroom or on the lanai, both with breathtaking views of the dolphin fountain and water canal.

You can also access the private dock from the lanai, where you can launch your kayak or paddleboard or fish for snook, redfish or mangrove snapper.

- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

There will be no refunds issued for any unforeseen disruptions for any natural occurences.

Or just stay put and enjoy everything the home offers: Biking, Kayaks, Fishing, Boat Dock, walks, sunrises, sunsets, games and peace.
Getting Around:
Guests can travel the island with golf carts( rentals nearby available), cars, trolley, monkey bus, or by walking.Easy walking distance to the free island trolley, which travels the entire length of the 7 miles of the island. Hop on and off at your leisure and explore shopping, dining and the beaches.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if this rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Trip-Related Issues. From time to time, things happen! And when they do, we want the opportunity to fix them immediately, so you can continue enjoying your stay. If any issues come up, please let us know so we can try our best to fix it right away!
Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host.
There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and residents around you.
NOTE: There are exterior security cameras at the entrance of the condo for the safety of our tenants and for the security of the residence and our guests. The cameras are all pointing away from the home and are in public view and are recording 24/7
--Minimum Age to rent is 25years old.
—If the tradewinds aren't blowing the no-seeums (little bugs) can bite! Make sure you protect yourself with bug spray or long clothing during these times.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
