The sofa pulls out to a queen sized bed with organic cotton West Elm linens & down duvet.

Dine at a drool worthy Saarinen-inspired dining table with Eames DSR Shell Chairs; truly a furniture nerd's dream come true with a new artful felt wall mural as your backdrop. Craft your own cocktails at the bar, including bar tools, cocktail mixer & shaker, wine coaster and glasses. A selection of board games, puzzles and cards are available for grownups and kids.

The primary bedroom boasts a solid wood bed frame with organic cotton West Elm linens and down-alternative duvet. Make yourself at home by unpacking in the walk-in closet, including plenty of hooks, hangers and a steamer. Enjoy our super fast wifi to catch up on work or plan adventures at the petite writing desk and upholstered office chair. A 32" TV with Roku Guest Mode is available.

A petite sun-filled bedroom off of the living room features a Twin bed and full closet.

Fully equipped for all of your cooking and baking needs, the generously sized and newly renovated kitchen features full-sized stainless steel appliances and thoughtful design upgrades throughout. Heavy pans, sharp knives and cooking essentials like olive oil, spices, foils, films and food storage containers are provided for your use.

We take coffee & tea seriously, so we've included a pour-over station with fresh locally roasted beans, grinder, cream, sugar, and electric gooseneck kettle alongside our very favorite black, green and herbal tea selections by Harney & Sons.

The full bathroom features a bathtub/shower combination with handheld sprayer and sustainably-sourced personal care products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash). Makeup towels, cotton rounds, Q-tips and other personal care essentials are provided for your convenience.

For kids: A portable crib, high chair, baby bath, bath toys, children's dinnerware, cutlery, books, outlet protectors and other necessities are available for little ones enjoying their stay with us. Please share the age(s) of your tiniest travelers when booking and we will be sure to provide them everything they need for a safe and comfortable stay.

Definition of Cool & Cozy

Just book it, don't need to think about it. This was the easiest vrbo we've ever had. Communication was flawless, here's an example: I was alerted to a snow emergency with plenty of time so my car wouldn't get plowed in, that was really thoughtful and impressive. There's a 'house manual' on the big coffee table that should be a template, a requirement for all vrbos, you wouldn't believe me if I told you about it, you just need to see it. Also, without a doubt, the cleanest and best-stocked vrbo (even more than my house!) we've ever seen. ANYTHING you need, seriously, anything you need is easily found. Linen closet/cabinets are gorgeous - like something from a magazine, stuff you need in clear bins with LABELS!! Inspiring, seriously. Owners live a couple doors down, which was very comforting. The house itself is incredibly cozy, comfy. We were there third week of December and there were lovely (really!) holiday decorations, so attractive, unique and charming. Beds were comfy, lovely sheets, comforters. Fun games, great art, so many plants, terrific bathroom. A terrific experience.

Mid Century, Eco Friendly, Beautiful Neighborhood, Home Away from Home

We loved our stay here! Just driving into the neighborhoods we noticed how well kept, historic and beautiful all the homes were. There are cute little coffee shops, book stores and places to eat just a block or two away - plus you're close to the highway without the noise, so easy to hop on and get to where you need to go! The look of the home is gorgeous, the photo's don't do it justice. We loved the mid century modern touches, beautiful colors, art & it felt like we were in a interior designers magazine but yet so comfy, cozy and great for all types of families. There is so much love and thoughtfulness put into this space, we love love loved all the eco friendly touches. The compost bin/recycle/trash area, recycled supplies, artwork indicating what was recyclable, low waste products & the refill goods. They had a bathroom full of things you may forget; body wash, lotion, floss, toothpaste tablets, you name it they made sure to remember it. The beds were so comfy plus they had ac units and noise machines in each room as well as a universal phone charger in the main bedroom. Again, so thoughtful! When we arrived we were greeted with a handwritten note & snacks from the area. We knew if we had any questions or issues arise we could contact the hosts easily. Their communication was great with check in info, check out reminders and any other needs you may have. Parking was free and right in front of the house, we felt safe in this area and welcomed by the neighborhood.
