Why they chose this property

This is a Beautiful peaceful property just eight minutes from downtown Boulder or the cute little town of Niwot sandwiched between a bunch of local farms with a private swimming lake, tennis courts, basketball court and lots of trails around us and nature. This is the walkout basement of a very large home which has tall ceilings, tons of natural light, walk-in closets, jetted Baz, two private master suites, far infrared sauna, hot tub, all services. outside is an urban farm full of flowers, herbs, fruit, and vegetables.

What makes this property unique

Home has backup generators for winter months. I also love the private platform in the trees intended for Japanese forest bathing, meditation and yoga. Guests are encouraged to participate and eat from the organic gardens.
